Hello,I am filling out the 864EZ form which asks for the most recent year's tax information. I have filed my taxes for the 2012 tax year however, the tax return transcript is not yet available. I haven't gotten my refund yet either. Any ideas on what I should do? Should I put in the information from the 1040 form and also include a note which explains that at the time of filling out the 864EZ form, I didn't have my transcript for the most recent tax year? Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.

nnno it is not an error
check saylin's guide! the reference is there
I got the same message.. two days later aos bill was ready
it just means it is being processed.
if you can not access the aos bill within a week or so, then call, but really nothing to worry about
not an error
this is covered in the nvc questions and answers
Ok, thanks. Heh, Now I remember reading that before in Saylin's guide but forgot all about it. Thanks Again. Now I'm not as worried.

Hello,
My NVC case number was assigned recently on June 12 so I have been checking the online payment portal to see when my fees would get invoiced. When I tried to sign in this morning, I got the following error message.
This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately.
Anyone ever see this before? I was able to log in last week and saw NOT INVOIVED on the fees. I will be calling NVC later today about this issue as well. Any help would be great appreciated. Thank you.

There shouldn't be any issues with visiting your husband in Canada. I am in the same boat as you. My wife is a Canadian citizen and I go to Canada often to visit her. I just went this Monday and am going again this Friday. All you need is your US passport. Your husband can't come to the US though. He can I suppose but that can pose issues. But there shouldn't be any issues with you visiting him in Canada (since your immigration process is taking place in the US, not Canada). I just tell the border agents that I'm going to visit my wife. Be honest. I haven't had a single problem yet.
Hope that helps.

Ok, so I was finally able to talk to an ISO today who told me that my case file was transferred from the NBC to the Detroit field office on Jan 4, 2013. She couldn't tell me if the case file was with an adjudicator or still in queue, waiting on the adjudicator. She also couldn't give me processing time line for my field office. I can't see processing times for the I130 for the Detroit field office online either.
In this case, is it worth it to schedule an Infopass appointment (in other words, would they be able to give me any useful information about my case or just let me know that they have my case and can't give any time information)? Also, any suggestions on what sort of questions should I ask at the Infopass appt so I can get meaningful answers from them?
Thanks to all for your help.

Thanks for advice guys. I will try to contact an ISO with the steps that Darnell mentioned and update what I find our.
In one of my previous calls to the uscis rep, I requested the rep to transfer me to a tier 2 rep but he refused to do so. So I ended eventually hanging up because he would just keep refusing to transfer me claiming that he had satisfied my reason for calling which was to find out where my case was. Anyway hopefully this time I will be more successful.
Thanks again.

What is your (the petitioners) local USCIS office?
Hello, I am the petitioner and my local office would be Detroit since I live in Michigan.

So I called back several times and was told that my case is at the NBC. Since NBC doesn't post I130 timelines they don't have any estimate of when my app will be processed. Any ideas on what I can do? It's coming up on 5 months and still nothing. I've seen several people on the forums here who applied beginning of 2013 and already got their NOA2. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Greetings,
I (USC) filed for my wife's (Canadian citizen) I-130 and received my NOA1 on Nov 23, 2012. Since December, my case has been in the Initial Review step. By the way, my receipt number begins with MSC. I called USCIS today and asked about my case. The rep told me my case is at the Vermont svc center. They are currently processing June 4, 12 apps. I checked the estimated processing timeline for Vermont and it's currently showing 7 months.
My question is, what is this 7 months referring to? Is this referring to the time between NOA1 and NOA2? Or is it for the whole I-130 approval process?
Thank you and take care.
