My fiance got the email confirmation exactly 5 working days after I faxed it to them. And when they sent the acknowledgment, they advice that we wait at least 5 working days before calling to schedule the interview, but the date for the interview was given just a week from when I called. Although they did ask me if I would prefer a different date.....do feel free to ask more questions if you have.
