I contacting IMC Jelita as well as AMC but both unable to proceed E filling. May I get your appointment info?

    hmm that is weird.

when you email them or call provide your NVC case number.
i received this from them. They do take E- Filing aready it is just maybe they are really fully booked now. The best thing to do is email them then they will get back to you and maybe its depends how soon is your interview.

USCIS has authority over the petition only, while NVC just functions as document screener, not approver.  The consulate is the sole approving authority for visas.  So until you provide what the consulate requires, your mom will not get a visa.

this is a long process then. All my documents will be changed from birth certificate down to drivers license, naturalization, birth cert of my kids etc.Not only me, also ny sisters.

Your mother needs NBI clearance with AKA from the Philippines.  AKA field should list all the names ever used in her government-issued documents, including her maiden name and any misspelled name.  Contact the Philippine embassy in Singapore for assistance in getting NBI clearance.

Were you and/or your mother born in the Philippines?  If so, one of you needs to get a corrected birth certificate from PSA.  If the name error is a simple misspelling, you may be able to go through the process for birth certificate correction due to clerical error.

and my mom did not use our middle name in our birth cert. She has a different spelling. No other docs also.

During Uscis application, we submitted a affidavit about one and same person , and they accepted that and thats why got approved and proceed to NvC. but at the singapore us consulate they did not accept that. so confusing.

the problem is from my birth certficate I followed through all the way to what I have now, so all the documents with the wrong middle name thats what I have. and all my siblings have the same middle name as mine. We have the same birth middle name of our mom spelling. only our mom is the one has a different spelling. My mom is the only has the different mid name.

so if i am gonna fix my birth cert, my all docs including my naturalization cert and my kids birth cert has my middle name from my birth cert. So i do not know.

From my understanding, this is not really a flat out denial. The officer just requires the above documents requested, before they can further process this case. Better to think of it like a temporarily denial, I guess.

    1) Medical Report

    2) PHIL (Philippines Police Certificate?)

    3) SING PC (Singapore Police Certificate?)

    4) Proof of Identity (and Name Change Document if she changed her names)

    thank you for the hopes.
the clinics are not accepting still e-processing.

You got a point but I'd hate to sit around not knowing when the consulate will approve the case after completing the medical. I hope that I get approval at the interview so that I can finally plan my life...

true.I have been communicating with the Consulate and also those clinics but still, same problem. It would take some time to get things settled said by the Consulate. I just hope it wont be long.

I guess they could still interview your mom and then place the case on 221(g) until the medical exam is completed and reviewed by consular officer for the final approval decision.

I hope that won't be the case for any of us...

I think this would be the best decision they ever made. Mom has already an interview date before we find out the liquidation of the old clinic. While waiting for this panel clinic setting up their system, rescheduling is a big thing with trying to minimize applicant to get interviewed at the same time. If they reschedule my mom it could be hard to get a spot.

Appreciate if you can share how much you ended up paying at the newly appointed clinic. Back in 2017, it was S$190 - - already on the high side compared to other locations around the world.

These newly appointed clinics appear to be very expat focused, typically charging a stiff premium compared to local clinics.

    Hello,

I do not know yet how much. We are still waiting for them to accept my mom.

Contacted same clinic on 10/02. They said they need to check with Embassy whether mine is paper-filing or E-filing.

But Embassy replied that they didnt have my name in the system. May be it hasnt received from NVC as its very short time since IL. So im waiting for Embassy to respond.

Please share your latest updates that would help us on downthe line.  Thanks

When you communicate with the Embassy include your case number so they can allocate your case.

As per update, no email yer received after 2/2/23. They will contact me maybe this coming week. I will enail them though on Monday about the confirmation of the interview on 21 Feb.

    They updated the website

    Approved Physician

    American International Clinic
    10 Sinaran Drive #10-10
    Novena Medical Centre
    Singapore 307506
    Tel: 6397-7129
    Email: enquiries@aiclinic.com.sg

They will accomodate my mom yet as she needs to have medical report electronically.

My mom made a call to the clinic and the clinic says they have to inform first and coordinate with the embassy. So meaning they are not ready taking case under electronic processing.
