yes i was transfered the day after i did the biopmetrics

More than just approved, approved without interview. Just be prepared for an interview when you file I-751 to lift conditional status.

I am so very happy i got approved because i was begining to feel frustrated because i wanted to get my EAD, i guess the EAD is a waste of money. I wanted to get the EAD more than how i wanted to get the Green Card

Yeah just to add my complaint to it I have not been touched either since 11/27 I need my EAD so I can renew my DL otherwise I will be in trouble . Cant drive illegally!? Anyway we have all got to wait until they finish Christmas shopping and gift wraping and then MAYBE they will get back to work.

well i hope that after this christmas season those people will get back to work and approve some cases

No touch since 11/28 here either and we filed 3 months before you did It's all a big waiting game....

the bad part for me is that there are jobs available but i just can't accept, i wonder if there is a way to waiver this EAD

I am assuming that you have created an account with USCIS and can login and see your account status. If the date changes then your case has been 'touched'.

so is touching really saying that someone is looking at my case?

what exactly is a touch, because the only thing i see for my case so far iit is being processed at the CSC where it was transfered to, how do i know when i am touched?

i check the CSC processing dates and i see where the say that they are just now processing the AOS for august 2006 so should i take it that my AOS that was filed in October 2006 does that mean i have a to wait until they deal with september, before they process my case?

i filed my EAD and AOS the same time and i did biometrics for both of them on the 16th of november but only the AOS has been transfered to CSC and i still have not receive any info on the EAD i try checking the case online but they have nothing about it they keep saying the receipt number is invalid, i called USCIS today and when i finally spoke to someone after 15 minutes on hold she told me the receipt number is valid but she will transfer me to someone else that will be better able to deal with my case she had me on hold for 1 hour so i hang up, can anyone please tell me what maybe the problem with my EAD application

That is a good thing! You will probably get a green card without an interview soon.

How likely is it to get the green card without an interview? I'm guessing i may get approved by january 2007

i got maybe about 6 different emails yesterday saying that my case [AOS] is transfered to CSC november 16th and that my case is being processed there, what does this mean is that waht you guys call a "touched" but i still am not able to get any status on my EAD receipt number?

i just got an email that my case as been transfered to the CSC is that i good thing? i thought they would send my case to boston

i did my biometrics yesterday the customer service was very good at the hartford ASC

I received my NOA about 2 weeks agao and now i got my appointment for biometrics but each time i try to check my case online they say my receipt number is invalid.........why is this?

well i am in florida now visiting family, but i spoke to my wife last night in massachusetts and she told me that a letter came in for me yesterday to do my biometrics on the 16th of november, i'm so happy...........but i know i still have a long way to go

I got my NOA1s for both my I-765 AND I-485 Today i am so happy

It is a nice feeling to know they have you in the system now

i try using the receipt number they gave me but the computer keep saying that i have an invalid receipt number
