I just got an email that they scheduled me for my oathtaking 😃 Finally i'm almost done. I checked my uscis account and the document they sent me has been uploaded. Oathtaking scheduled on Nov 15 @ Campbell, CA. Yahoo!

i got the interview letter 09/15/18. But I already knew the date of my interview when I viewed my uscis online account last 09/11/18. 

yay! i just got a notification from USCIS that they scheduled me for testing and interview! so i'll just have to wait for the interview letter this week😊

I just got my biometrics appointment letter yesterday. i'm scheduled on march23 for the biometrics.😊

I think I belong to march filers😊 sent my application to USCIS phoenix,AZ on Feb22, delivered on feb26, check cashed on March2nd. received my NOA March 6th.

good news finally! I got an email notification from uscis yesterday that on 02/07/18 they ordered a new card for me =) i just have to wait for my green card to arrive in the mail😊 Praise God! 

She can bring a companion inside the embassy.
USEM allows companions for applicants with or that are children/minors, senior citizens, and handicapped.

it seems like your husband would rather choose to lose you than his money.. if he really loves you why is he doubting you and thinking of you two having a divorce in the future? please don't get me wrong, this is how i see your situation. he's not even thinking you'll get into trouble because of him not signing it..

I've heard they've been returning the baggies with pictures in them. It is best to scan them and/or print them out on paper 2-4 a page labelled.

Its much more difficult for the embassy in manila to deny a IR1/CR1 visa after it has been approved back at the NVC. They have to showl fraud was commiteed.
It is far more likely that a K1 visa gets denited but still not that likely.
My wife and I went the CR1 route because she wanted to get married in her home town in front of her family and friends.
You can work much sooner, months when coming on a CR1 visa. You get your Green card and social security card within several weeks of arriving and you can work right away.
You decide if its worth the chance of being denied on a K1 visa.
Also the manila embassy will not allow co-sponsor for K1 visa. That was not an issue for us because my income was well beyond what is required.
It took 10 months from the time I sent in the I-130 form to her arrival in the USA. 5 months at USCIS and approximately 3 months at NVC and 1 month to get interview scheduled and two weeks after interview to get her here in the USA

They are almost processed the same number of days/months depending on your individual situations. If you use the K-1 Visa, more questions are usually asked, and more documentations are required. It is also more expensive in the long run by about $1,000 + because you still have more processes to go through "to be recgnized as the spouse". And once everything's settled, you'd wish you had gone the CR-1 route.
