Few Tips
1. Whether you have intercourse with your wife or not is the matter between you and your wife. (Consular officer would not know about this until you tell them yourself which would be stupid to do so).
2. You must complete all rituals of a wedding i.e Shaadi, Rukhsati and Valima
3. Take bunch of photos at your wedding and after the wedding when you go out with your wife
4. Take a few photos of you and her with families and in family gathering
5. When you go back to states, send her money once in a while and keep the receipt to take to the interview as a evidence of on-going relationship
6. Buy credit on Raza, Callingo or Rebtel and call your wife and print out the call records for each month to take to interview as evidence
7. Lastly, Submit all paperwork in a professional manner and everytime you submit a document to USCIS and NVC, include a cover letter that lists all items you are submitting. Make sure you have Urdu, english nikka nama and mariage certificate and birth certificate and police certificate from all areas where your wife have lived for six months atleast. Also make New ID card of your wife that lists her as married and a new passport that has your name listed as husband.
These are all things i did for my wife and she got the VISA right away.

My wife never traveled and its our first marriage. I also had a joint sponsor but no issue was encountered.

For other two years i didnt because i was a full time college student with no job so as a proof i gave them my college transcript that shows my enrollement. If you'r husband was in a differ country then give them proof anything which is solid like his exit stamp from US on his passport and other stuff which shows he has been out

40 pics is too much. Just attach 4-5 pics. you can PIN those photos with your I-130 form. Remember, I 130 goes to uscis and uscis does not ask for pics. I attached just 4 pics and it was good enough. Later on when you submit AOS to NVC you may send them a few more pics. But to answer your questions, uscis and nvc does not ask for photos. They just collect the document, verify them and schedile interview. When you go for an actual interview that is when you will show them your photo album.

Its good to that you have started. Now start completing your , choice of agent form, addidavit of support forms and DS230 forms and have it all ready. When your next step comes you will have it ready to send. Remember they will not send you hard copy notification, if you gave them your email then they will email you regarding next steps. All these forms can be downbloaded online. Also have your spouse get his/her police certificate, nikkah nama english/urdu and birth certificate made and send it to you in U.S. NVC will issue an invoice for affidavit of support which you will be able to pay right away and then mail your documents to them and then they will issue you another invoice for immigrant visa application which you will send with all your marriage documents and police certificate.
I wasted 2 months in getting everything togather and my case was completed in exactly 8.5 Months. If you have everything ready then your case can be completed and interview date can be given within 7 months time frame.
It will take 4.5 months for your case to be approved at USCIS which is the longest phase of CR-1 process. Once its approved it will be transferred to NVC and from there its very fast and quick depending on how well and quickly you respond to their request.
Have these document
1) Choice of agent form signed by your spouse
2) I-864 Affidavit of Support
3) Your recent tax return with W-2 , copy of employement letter driver license
4) All original document (wife birth certificate, marriage certificate, nikka nama, police certificate) All originals with both urdu and english translation should be sent to NVC

just pay them from US account no matter how owns it you or your wife. Also don't delay, you can get a joint sponsor anyone in your family or household member can file I-864 & I-864A.

just draw a line to cross it out and send it to nvc. However; print a new copy and remove / fix ur mistake and send it to benificary so he/she can takre it to interview if there's an issue. I had similar situation and it worked

dont try to expedite and screw yourself just relax and wait

This is what you need to send:
I-130 form
G325A for yourself
G325A for your petitioner
Marriage certificate
Your birth certificate
Husband passport copy / naturalization certificate copy
two passport size pics of yourself and husband
About 5 wedding photos your ceremony
After sending all this, your case will be approved from USCIS in 4-5 months and then send to NVC
Meanwhile have these documents ready to send when nvc request them becuz they are quick and respond fast. only uscis stage takes time but once your case is approved and sent to NVC it all depends on how fast you reply them.
HAVE THESE READY WHILE YOUR CASE IS AT USCIS FOR APPROVAL
I-864 AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT
I-864A CONTRACT BETWEEN SPONSOR AND HOUSEHOLD MEMBER (IF YOU WILL NEED A JOINT SPONSOR)
DS-230 COMPLETED BY YOU OR HUSBAND BUT SIGNED BY YOU
ALL ORIGINAL MARRIAGE DOCUMENTS
ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE
WEDDING CARD / PHOTOS ETC
EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION LETTER OF YOUR HUSBAND AND COPY OF HIS RECENT TAX RETURN PLUS W-2 FORMS
ALSO WRITE A LETTER TO NVC AND ATTACH IT TO THE FRONT THAT STATES WHAT YOU ARE SUBMITTING AND WHAT HAS ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTED

Its too late to get interview for november since oct is at end and scheduling is probably done done novemner but you will be first in line to be scheduled for december
My case was completed in last week of sept and they schedule it for Nov (last week) cuz it was too late for oct and all schedules are already taken
