My fincee got here on k1 visa on 3/10/12. Signed marriage contract on 6/4/12, had marriage ceremony on 6/14/2012.Made stupid but honest mistake to think the marriage contract signing date was good enough to be with in the 90 day requirement, we filed for AOS on 6/20/12. Got denied.Said we were late to marry by 7 days. What other option do we have to file for AOS while my wife stays in US.Thanks.
