      The meaning of CFO is Commission on Filipinos Overseas. Here's a CFO website http://www.cfo.gov.ph/counseling.html . I copy paste mo nalang.

      Yes ,some attended the CFO seminar before their interview. You will get the GCP certificate. I search mo yung website and then may phone number, try to call them, kasi may limit lang ang mag attend per day. Make sure na tawag ka muna sa knila., para di masayang pamasahe pagpunta mo dun. You will also see the requirements on their website.
