    Picking-up my children to come to the US on follow-to-join Hello Everyone, I'm a K1 visa holder living in the US for 10 months. My children in the Philippines just received their US visa. My husband is planning on going to the Philippines and bringing them back to the US. He will travel without me. Is he allowed to pick them up and bring them back to the US without me? Are there any US or Philippine requirements for doing this? My children are 12 and 8 yrs old. Thank you for all your help.

      There will be a problem. You should talk to a travel agent who can tell you what to do.
