    No notarization needed on any of the US forms but of course the Peruvian documents do need "legalizados". Careful you need form 156 also and that is not on their list!. Our interview was 2 January and she picked up the visas at DHL on Thur, 10 Jan. Not sure why they use DHL as they don't deliver to the house anyway. Would have been just as easy to pick up at the embassy
