The registration number is the A number.

There are no fees for CR1 at the embassy. All fees were paid at NVC.

I guess NVC has started Scheduling Feb. Interviews. VJer, jamdown22 got theirs today

Read the first post on this thread, it tells you how to get thru NVC quickly. Most VJers with fast processing time are using the shortcuts provided in the post, I myself are using these shortcuts. I'm yet to receive a snail mail (post mail) from NVC, all communications I had with NVC was via email. Hope this helps!

Got my Choice of Agent accepted this morning, my wife received an email of acceptance (I read somewhere that NVC doesn't send these types of emails, interesting that my wife got one).
After 7 days at NVC the only thing left is to get the IV invoice, pay the fee and send in the packet (packet is complete and awaiting coversheet ). Super happy that my NVC journey is moving at such a fast pace.

USCIS has expanded the services offered by our e-Request system. This Web-based tool allows customers to inquire about applications and petitions submitted to USCIS. On November 19, customers will see the following enhancements to e-Request:

Create a service request for all forms to either inquire about the status of your application or petition if it is outside of the normal processing time OR notify USCIS about an administrative error in a notice or document we sent you. I have the same PD at the same service center and I'm still waiting. So far I've contact the customer help line, got a service request done with led to no results. I've also contacted my senator and my senator said my file is with an officer and should be reviewed in 30 days (this was yesterday).
I guess you should call the customer help line and contact your congressperson and or senator.

Those of us at VSC are still waiting for April to be completed...
I'm 180 days since NOA1

Nothing from the SR as of yesterday. I did contacted my congressman yesterday. I still have 7 days left of my service request. I'm thinking I should be proactive.

Day number 175 and still waiting. I know this was going to be a long process but man, over 175 days to go from step 1 to 2

You should keep ALL documents, you never know what you may need in the future. This is a very long process.
