They have to tell you that. In actuality, last week about three June 4th approvals were given. So...they don't know any better, and they aren't allowed to say anything except what's on the posted processing times.

Any folks called Uscis today ? i called Uscis today they told me VSC is working on may 28 2012 for i130 USC for spouse.. Do they told u the same as me?

We got our NOA1 on June 4th, 2012 - a total of 221 days later and we are finally APPROVED!!! I was seriously thinking they forgot about us or something!! My heart goes out to all my fellow Junebugs who filed through Vermont. I feel your pain!
Funny because I've been checking like a maniac - pretty sure I checked 4 times already today and just decided to check again before going for a nap (like I can sleep now! hehe) and here is what I found...
On January 11, 2013, your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was approved.
Sooooooooo happy!!!!! Ok, now to share the news with my family and start focusing on our next steps.

On January 4, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

After 10 month of waiting from NOA1, case was finally approved yesterday. Thank you GOD, we are so excited and I just came back from spending Christmas with my husband. This is best gift ever. Thank you to all my VJ family - you guys are awesome. Now we wait for NVC- I wonder what I can do while waiting for them to send the IV bill and DS3032 and everything else? Any suggestions guys?
PLEASE BE PATIENT - all those waiting for NOA2 from Vermont, it will come very soon.

Has anyone called lately to see what the actual date is they are working on? I know it's only beena week or two since we found out they were working on June 1. Just wondering. Can't stand the silence I guess.

Our case was approved today by the USCIS after waiting in misery for nearly 4 months. I wonder how long it will take for NVC to receive our case? Can't wait to complete the next steps. Very excited!!!

Hi every one Im with the csc office with a PD of june 29, i hadn't received my NOA2 yet but on Dec 28th at about 10pm i was able to place an e-request, I received and email today. Here's what it said.

So Im not sure if this is saying they are going to start working on my case but i hope this info helped you guys out a bit.

How can I know my petition has been touch???

Not sure... But I think just "one touch" is enough.
If the touched it , this means someone looked at it. This means they checked through the paperwork.
If they had found anything wrong, we would have been notified "way way way back". (let me believe in this)
Just push the computer button.

Hopefully sonjat is right and they've looked at our petitions already...

I'm sure they did.... They're just so slow in pushing the computer button on all of us.

Nothing yet My case hasn't even been touched since June 4th!
