DL - check on their state website, each state has a little different rules in terms of DL.
There is not a specific score, that would be upto the lender and their terms and condition.
If you put down all of your $35k you are only looking at the 10%
Business plan yea certainly whole feasibility about when the lender would recover their money or something that would show them lender would not loose any money on their ivestment.

Do you have any credit history in US?
    Do you have any collateral?
Do you have any Business Plan?
If you have any of these you might get a loan.

okay i understand. alot of people do that though and get approved...there are many succesful stories, if these 'agencies' question the solid truth sometimes, then idk what to even say, because they do deny people with lots of proof and people that are completely honest..

that is why i want to get married later on, not just yet...for it not to seem weird.
no sympathy? really? what have i done to you...the law itself is ridiculous and denies all kinds of things to those that are honest and good. do u have sympathy for the consuls at the embassy denying people visas? people that have evidence of being attached to their country with an honest intention of visiting America while those that bring no proof get 10 year visas? like i said, the law itself is crazy and some people out there are too.

Don't try to dig further into it.
The fact that you've known your husband/fiance/boyfriend for that long strengthens your case. Saying that you met while you were here (a full 2 weeks) is a sure way to get a lot of unwanted scrutiny.
You may be okay--you might not. Nobody knows. You may be banned from the US forever or admitted as a permanent resident; it depends on how you answer questions and the person adjudicating the case. But the best advice I can give you is to not lie more. That won't help.
Nobody here is going to tell you that what you did is legal, good, etc. We have no sympathy for people like you that take advantage of the system while others do it the right way.

You're new to this so I'll go about this as diplomatically as possible: Do not ever lie to immigration and customs. It will most likely come back to haunt you and result in a lifetime ban from the United States. No one on this forum is ever going to advise you how to evade immigration laws, which is what it seems you are trying to do right now. Since you're in the US you can get married and he can file for a CR-1 spouse visa but you will need to go back to your home country and wait it out until your embassy interview. If you try to stay and adjust status chances are you will be investigated by USCIS heavily and they'll find out you lied to gain entry on the tourist visa. We all have to wait a long time apart so don't go thinking you're the only one. I see my fiance 4 weeks a year and it sucks but I manage because I have to. If your relationship is meant to last then you will manage too.
Besides a K-1 is for beneficiaries who are outside the US only. I recommend CR-1. Your fiance will need to get a job or a co-sponsor though or you'll be refused for lack of a financial sponsor.
Again: DO NOT LIE TO ANY US GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. EVER.
As CC90 said we have no sympathy for people who break the law or misrepresent themselves for benefits.

Why 2, 3 years? Get married (either she comes to pakistan or you find a contry you can both visit and get married in, or if you can enter the US...), file I-130, it will take 10 months, they have to accept the co-sponsor.
    Good luck!

Be careful of recruiting companies because they usually offer you a price that is lower than what your employer will pay you. They take their commission as well. It doesn't hurt to use one of them if you want to start working right away, but I would suggest looking for companies and applying on your own as well. If you have the education and experience you will find a job in no time in sha Allah.

Stop repeating the same things, it doesn't change the facts.
It is our opinion that you were sent the GC by mistake. If you try and enter you will most likely be turned around. If you AREN'T turned around and permitted to enter and later try to file for USC you will have your USC denied and your GC revoked for failure to maintain status.
You received the GC as a mistake. If USCIS didn't make mistakes there wouldn't be a form to correct USCIS mistakes on the GC.
If you want to try and use it, go ahead and try. But bear in mind you would essentially using a document you shouldn't be using to try and enter the US and that could be used against you. But it's your life and your choice. I personally wouldn't.
Your other option is to see an immigration attorney. As you're not in the US your wife should see an attorney and see what they say. Bearing in mind they care about money so be careful who you trust.

Check it with non immigrant and your case number
do not use immigrant visa when checking
sometimes DOS doesn't have the most up to date information and sometimes they do. Just be patient and if it says printed with non immigrant and your case number then more than likely it's almost done... sometimes they run a final check even after they print it to see if anything else comes back. They could be doing this. Just wait until monday and call DOS again.

Since she is married to a USC she can apply for citizenship after 3 years has passed.
So, she has one more year to wait.

My understanding is that your visa is valid for 6 months (after receiving it) or as long as your medical is valid, which ever ends first. So I assume that your visa will expire on April 21st, when your medical exam results expire.

I know that the medicals here in Sydney are good for at most 6 months. But if your medical is valid for longer than that you should be fine.. As long as it doesn't expire BEFORE you enter the US.

As far as I know, visa validity is tied up with the medical exam validity.
You have to be in the US before your visa expiry date.
