Well I finally found the courage to sit down and read all the messages that you all have left after Kez passed. First I want to say a very big thank you to Mags, Kez had arranged for Mags to have a copy of her letter to you all as she knew how hard it would be for me to post it so soon after she had died, it was hard enough just to PM Mags with the news, never mind posting Kez's letter. So Mags thank you from the bottom of my heart, I know it must have been so hard for you too, I know Kez took great comfort from the PM's you both shared in her last weeks meant so much to Kez.
To everyone who took the time to leave a message, I thank you all. I am so glad that you got to see a part of my beloved Kez, she was a wonderful woman I will miss her until the day I die. I have printed out all the messages here and the PM's that I have received and added them to Kez's memory box.
As you all know Kez came from Scotland and she was very proud of her home country, but she choose to be buried here in MA (her new home) But we have had a Headstone shipped over from Scotland made of Scottish garnet, This was a gift from all her friends in her home town. They even had her Kez avatar carved into the stone.
As for me I am taking one day at a time, some days are better than others. Kez's parents are coming back over for 3 months at the end of June and it will be good to have them here again. They are going to help me sort out her stuff and answer the 100's of letters we have got.

My statement is 100% true.... you just did not read the bit where I said UNRESTRICTED.......
As a greencard holder you can get a unrestricted SSN card... all you need to do is when you get your greencard you go back to the SSA and request a new card with the restiction removed.....
For I-9 all you need is a UNRESTRICTED SSN and a State DL or ID..... You employer can not ask to see your greencard if you have provided 1 item from list B and 1 iteam from list C......

To start with your employer has no legal right to ask to see your greencard... they can ask you to complete a I-9 and all you need are a State Drivers licence or ID card and a Unrestricted SSN....

I had planned to bring my 12 years old Springer spaniel over to join me.. Sally had been my best friend for 12 years and got me through 10 long lonely years before I met my now husband... Sadly Sally died just 8 weeks before my Mom was due to bring her over... I will carry the guilt of not being with her when the end came for the rest of my life... she gave so much to me and asked so little in return.. I miss her more than I can express here.....

We do not know what the OP's husband has told his parents for all we know he wanted to help his friend stay in the US, so they got married then he thought OH $HIT what have I done!!!! he could have gone to his family for help and they are now helping him to get out of something he should not have done.
If the OP and her husband had a relationship before they got married was it a public relationship or was it just something that they hid from everyone?
The OP said she had lied about her age to his family and they "found out" by accident. It is no wonder his family are trying to protect him, if you can lie to them about your age you must have felt it was not right to be with such a young man and now his family are left wondering what else you have lied about, not only to them but to their son.
Yes his family should stand back and let him live the life he has made for himself, but we do not know what he has told them incomparison to what he has told his wife.
The OP is going to have to accept that he did not love her the same as she loved him. It is now time to pack-up and go home, the divorce will happen and the AOS will be abandoned and if down the road a few years the OP want to come back to the US to work or whatever then she will be free to apply for whatever visa is needed to allow her to enter.

I had all my vaccines done at our local heath clinic and all I was charged was $15 for 6 shots and the polio drops....
they gave me a list for the shots they had given me on headed note paper I took these back to the civil surgeon and he completed the form for USCIS and gave me a sealed envelope and a copy for me.....
I was not asked at the local clinic to prove how much money we had.... they just asked why I wanted the shots.... I explained it was for immigration and they knew exactly what shots I needed.....
