Oh so the message says that we started the interview scheduling process for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXX We will send you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice.
So that means they WILL send me a letter? Because I also moved and I am terrified that I missed a letter.

I got an email saying they mailed my interview letter but I have to wait and see for when! I am excited and stressed. I wonder what will they ask us (3 y rule) in the interview.

Yay Biometrics completed. BTW if you have them in Seattle and you go early (8am) you will finish early so that was cool.

Wills, medical powers of attorney, and similar documents are solid evidence for ROC, and they're even more crucial to have in "life."
If anyone is ever questioned about the "recent nature" of any documents (and in 8 years here, I've heard of that happening to no one), a good response is, "We were casual about these documents for a long time, and we got serious about completing them after we realized their importance."
The only possible reaction by an ROC interviewer would be a solemn nod of agreement.
It continually mystifies me why ROC applicants focus on photos, affidavits, copies of Costco cards, et al. when official legal documents are so substantial in comparison.

The cruelest thing that one spouse can do to another is to die intestate (without a will). That can be worse than the dying itself.
Try having no healthcare power of attorney during a medical situation. That's one worry that people can avoid beforehand.
Perhaps not just to me, the inclusion of the above in an ROC package would indicate a committed, blended relationship.

One month of statements isn't nearly enough to establish a relationship. We just got our approval today, we didn't receive an RFE and we also were not called for an interview. An ultrasound picture doesn't prove paternity, it just shows that you are pregnant. If you look at the guides it gives a list of suggestions and how much you should send,
This is just a sampling of what we sent. Joint bank statements-quarterly statements starting from when he arrived in 2012, joint health, dental and life insurance showing myself and my children the beneficiaries, a copy of the mortgage from the house we purchased together, joint car insurance statements, joint homeowners insurance, copy of drivers licenses showing shared address, 2 affidavits from friends, joint electric bills, joint oil heating bills, joint cable tv, joint ownership of cars, joint cars loan statements, joint cell phone bills, copies of passport stamps and plane tickets for the trip we took to Jordan with the kids last year, joint credit card statements, car registrations, joint tax returns from 2 years. All of the statements and bills I sent, I sent several months from each. I know I sent more but I simply cannot remember it all. Good luck

    You're welcome!
Really, the ROC process is nail-biting for everyone and it is better to be encouraged than discouraged. Seriously though, the lawyer made a terrible statement that through my years on the forum and speaking with immigration officers, is proven to be untrue.
Right before we got married my husband and I dated long distance for 3 years. When I filed my AOS, we had just 3 months of evidence of cohabitation and 3 years of evidence that we lived 1,032 miles apart. At one time he lived in Alaska, and I lived in NYC.
So to the argument that you will be denied, I say "nonsense"!
I do have a question: Did you file with a divorce waiver?

When we applied for my SSN it was in my maiden name, we asked what we would need to change the name and they told us a marriage certificate wasn't enough and to come back with EAD in married name to have it changed. As my SSN is based on K1 it has to match that until I have EAD, that's what we were told.

Just write a letter for her stating who she is, the purpose of her trip, where she will be staying, and when she will be returning to her homecountry. Also include a contact number, so immigration can contact you or your fiancé in case of unclarities.
My mom does not speak any English either. She came through immigration with me when I arrived for the wedding with my K1 visa, but my husband had typed up a little letter nevertheless in case we got separated upon arrival. On the way back to Germany, we were allowed to accompany her through the preliminary passport/boarding pass control up to the security check, and afterwards a very friendly TSA officer took care of her. Everyone was very helpful, don't worry

Please consider carefully the desire to marry someone you have never met in person. Learning how you travel together, live together, do finances, take care of personal things, family, all these items will dramatically affect your marriage. This person may be very lovely and charming online and on the phone, but you two may discover that taking a vacation together is an absolute nightmare. You pack light, he brings the kitchen sink. You like to go to the beach and relax, he wants to hike through the jungle for 5 days and camp. Really please, if you are truly to be together, take the time to learn these things. My fiancé and I have known each other for 5 years and only been dating for just under 2. We have seen each other multiple times, learned the quirky things about each other and learned how to adjust. This stuff can get really complicated if you are married and have the pressure of trying to make it work just because. 20 years from now, you will find that the 1-2 years of being engaged, seeing each other, surviving a long distance relationship is nothing to what you have in the end......
    good luck!

    I filed for K1 in June 2012...
I knew, and I accepted the fact that it would be a long ride....
So I just waited... My fiancé' and I skyped several times a week, we sent text massages daily.. and we just waited... Of course I was upset at the 5 month mark.. we all are... but we just waited.. and we prepared our documents for the next step, and we spoke of our dreams for the future.... and in December we rec'd NOA2.... the prepared for our interview in Moscow in March.. and all went well..!!!
So please, relax... it will all be done... prepare your documents, work on your relationships....
dreams to not come true overnight.. sometimes it takes 6 months, sometimes 12 months....
make your time productive... I painted bedrooms, cleaned the house, did some gardening....
    and all will be fine...

Much as I am also miffed that USCIS unduly burdened the two service centers processing I-129Fs with DACA cases, I must correct your assertion that the purpose of DACA is to make those applicants citizens. They get 2 years deferred action and EAD (if they qualify). That is it. If they are granted amnesty and given a pathway to legal permanent resident status or citizenship that is years in the future, and will probably require new laws to be passed. DACA is nothing but a stop-gap measure, like everything else coming out of Washington these days. Sure you can be mad about something but at least figure out what exactly you should be mad about.
Also, I concur with the others that it sounds like they didn't give you any new information you couldn't have figured out for yourself. If after the 3 months are up and you haven't received your NOA2, then by all means submit a service request. Hope you hear back in less than that though. As for how Nov/Dec cases being approved you can't be sure the VJ users have provided correct information and didn't omit things like requesting expedites. People should really be more discerning in what they believe on these forums.
