Ok,so in the past few days I read so many times that you need to put 2 photos along with your G325A form.I would like of somebody could send me the link where it says that. On the IR1/CR1 guide here it specifically says 1 passport style photo of you and your husband/wife.On the UCIS i looked and it doesn't say any specific number of photos,so pleasseeee send me the link for this. Also,if it is 2 photos some administrator should change that info on this site.

Today I had my interview and it was easy...only 2 questions ...how long are you married for and where did you meet?Going tomorow to pick up my passport and fly away!!! Tnx everyone for their help during this process,we'll be seeing you again just on a different forum Take a little break and then to AOS I guess!

So we got our NOA2 on December 18th and just now we recieved an e-mail from USCIS stating this...
On December 28, 2012, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.
Does this mean that our case went to NVC after 10 days of being approved or it went somewhere else?

we got an email from USCIS.....They have approved our petition an hour ago!!!!For all those still waiting have faith it's coming :dance: :dance:

You gotta do CRB for your little one. Of course having in mind that she is your biological daughter.You will file Report Birth abroad for your daugtehr in the US embassy in the country where she was born.Both you and your wife will probably need to be present (with your passports), your daughters birth certificate (translated if not in English) and also you need to prove 5 years of your presence in the US ( tax returns,high school transcripts etc.) of which 2 years need to be after youre 14 years old. Also,here and I think there to the amount that you need to pay is 205$.

Noone can tell you if it is the right thing for you. If you feel that you're ready to do it then go for it! If your concerns are because you will be filing soon after marriage, don't worry many people do.
