My wife's friend is trying to figure out what visa would allow her to live in the US, the wife and i were married last year, we have had a number of Colombian friends visit us in Orlando - all seem to want to move here - haha.
This friend is fairly well off, she is 50 with an adpoted 8 year old daughter, I guess she could look for a gringo husband but she is not really interested in going that route for a visa,
Is there a visa she could obtain for the daughter that would allow her to live here also, student visa?
She does not need to work in the US.
