    after the NOA2 you have to send the DS230 form as soon as possible to the embassy to get your interview date. Ypu can wait for your fiance to get the packet 3 or you can download the file online, fill it out, send it to him visa email to sign, have him sign it, scan it and send it to kingstonIV@state.gov. This has proven to be the fastest way.
