Should be mailed to address given on the DS260, but there is a 50 percent chance that it may not. If after 2 weeks you have not recieved your social security card you can visit the nearest office and request the card.

After many years of holding various different types of US visas and dealing with all their fuss, I've concluded that the way to stay sane is never to expect their system to make sense. Lower your expectations and you'll be pleasantly surprised when something gets processed efficiently!

Sure can.  Make sure that you have ample ties to Canada with you and that you spend more time in Canada than in the USA.

If she isn't married to him, he can do nothing, not to say he couldn't try. From what the OP said, she has bonafide proof to ROC on her own. I won't speculate on the what ifs.
I wish her well, and to be able to leave her abusive situation.

Your husband is extremely abusive and I see this becoming physical soon... do not let it get to that. You should leave as soon as possible. Seems like you already have enough proof of bonafide marriage.

Whatever it is you are feelling, it's not love.  It's fear.  I was in an abusive relationship many, many years ago and believe me, they don't change.  It only gets worse.  I know it is hard especially when you have convinced yourself otherwise.  Please please get out while you can, you deserve better than to be treated like such.  Real love should not hurt.

You can use one address as a mailing address and one as a living address if you'd like. Sometimes the landlord will not allow the spouse to be added to the lease and that is ok. If you say she lives with you and you are using your address that should be fine they do not need proof with the application if you do not have it. You can wait to see if you get an interview and bring it as further proof of a bonafide relationship once you get your new place.

Legitimacy has nothing to do with deriving citizenship.

The child must be admitted tot he US as an LPR and living with her USC father before the age of 18 to qualify for derivative citizenship under the Child Citizenship Act.

This shouldn't even be a question because once you submit application for immigrant visa a background check is done either before interview or after and if you have lied they will simple deny or cancel visa at port of entry.
I am speaking from a LEO perspective and i work within aviation and i have heard so many stories and when i ask why lie the response is always the same thought they wouldn't find out. Really the US not finding out. Most persons are unaware that checks are carried out after the issuance of visas.

I dont see where it should be a problem especially if you have other ways other ways of proving your visits.
I recently had my interview, however, I forgot to take my expired passport with visa in it for me and also for my son. When the CO asked for it I told him I forgot it and he did not say anything else. We were approved.
Just tell them you lost it when you get to the interview.

First in all due respect Sir, you need to be calm. Nothing Bizarre or weird about you case. The sole purpose of the Visa Interview is to show you are in a bonafide relationship. You have that evidence you are fine. Read around and you will see people who submitted chats, IM's, emails, leters cards, Skype, pics with family and friends.
The number one evidence is facetime together. And you seem eto have that more than covered. Have you meet her family and friends or hers yours? That speaks volumes. Or have you talked online with them or them to yours?
Medicals all that is months down the rode after you are schedule interview.
    Order of events:
First you will go through USCIS the wait lord maybe 6 to 12 months (yes seriously). After approval you go tot NVC where more documents are needed. Your Affidavit of supoort and her documents submitted once accepted by NVC you have case complete and you wait in queue for interview date. Than you wait for that magical day. So please read the guides stop in on your countries portal read others interview reviews. They are invaluable to see how otheres did what they brought wat CO's like o see tips what to do.

I’ve told him that before earlier this year.
Let me be clear. We don’t have fights but he does have a temper. When he gets mad I feel like I am in one of those scenes on TV where I feel threatened for my life like he may snap one day because of his temper. I don’t want to keep feeling like this.
It’s just that whenever he has to pay his bills he gets mad because I am not contributing to paying the bills. Yes it is his bills because I met him with these bills. I also do not have a problem helping pay these bills whenever I have a job.
