You can bring both and just explain the situation to them. I doubt they'll ask for it though but you never know. Usually they would change your address and give it back the same day but I guess it depends on where you live too...
What evidence do you have? I don't have much...

Hey Linda, there is no need to be stressed. You are not required to bring your driver license to the interview. Your passport is enough for identification. Your hubby will need his DL or State ID or PP. The address on my DL is also different but I'm not worried about changing it right now because I have to change my name on it after I get my GC so I decided to wait. I'm taking my DL with me on that day only because I will be driving since hubby will be super crabby so early in the morning..
So quit worrying now lady... You'll be fine....

I guess thats how the process works sometime. For example, I filed days before you yet you got an interview date before me. We just never know when it comes to immigration..

HIV testing is not required. Only TB, syphyliis and necessary vaccinations. The civil surgeon did my syphilis test but I went to my primary physician and got all my vaccine done. I also had a positive tb skin and did the Quantiferon instead on the Chest x ray at my physicians office. The civil surgeon that I went to in my area were Indians and they were the cheapest. 160 as oppose to 190 elsewhere.
Since you didn't send it with original package, you will get a RFE so I would suggest get it don't now so you can reply as soon as you receive it

Hey Darcness. That would be documents such as I-94 to show that she enters the country with inspection and would be eligible to adjust. I am not sure if your wife has an I-94 since she's Canadian? They usually just get a stamp in their passport? That's what that is. Most of the things they ask for, you already sent but u need to bring them anyways. Most likely they wont ask for it but at the same time it doesn't hurt to have. Also, our interview is on the same day... Do you have an early appt?

Yeah its normal. You will get it eventually. At least you have the receipt number to check status online...

Im on a F-1 visa and I'm on the final stretch on AOS. I've been working unauthorized for over 5 years now. I put everything on my G-325a. I haven't received and RFE and I'm still working. My EAD is recently approved so I should get it next week. I also paid and filed taxes every year. Immigration don't care if u work or not. As long as you don't lie and as long as you paying taxes. Just make sure you didn't claim to be a US citizen when filling thay I9 form.

June filer..our lawyer sent out the packet on june 8th....waiting to hear something back

She cannot adjust her status through a permanent resident, only through a citzen. Her application will be denied and she will face deportation, her overstay even makes her situation worst as she will be banned for 3-10yrs.
Her spouse should have just filed the petition and update her case when he's a citizen...good luck

Not, she has to do that once she get the GC. I have the same thing on mine. I wanted ti change my name legally but they were gonna give me a restricted card so I was advised to do the name change and get an unrestricted card when I receive my GC.
