Got my interview date today July 23RD! !! They said was scheduled friday ...but still no email notification

What made them need a sputum test? Is that just a normal routine test?

So when I talkes to NVC today...she told me they've already booked the interviews for May and that I shouldnt even check back until mid-may...so I asked her y'all only book once a month...she said yes....is this true??? Never heard this before! Don't like this idea?

I did not realize my flag & timeline was not up! How do I do that?

Not sure how to add me to the list...But my case was completed May 13th & now waiting on interview date!!!

On March 12, 2012 we filed our I-129F which went to VSC.

We have patiently waited for this process to finalize, we are still waiting for our NOA2.

Over the past year this is what has happened:

On October 16 we received an RFE because my fiance's visa was not translated into English. I had that resubitted and the response received by USCIS on October 19th. Since then, I have filed two service requestst, and two congressional inquiries. Service requests only push our "normal processing time" out longer (since we have to wait 60 days before we can do anything else) and Congressional inquiries are essentially ignored, e-requests are generic, etc...

We really have nowhere else to go.. I find no one is accountable to finish our application in a timely manner, nor do I see they care.

Does anyone have any recommendations for our next steps?

WRITE A LETTER TO THE CONGRESS &/OR SENATOR!!! YOU CAN LOOK UP YOUR CONGRESSMAN & SENATOR'S EMAIL ONLINE & DIRECTLY EMAIL THEM! THEY CAN PUT A REQUEST IN TO VSC TO EXPEDITE YOUR CASE...IT ONLY TOOK 2-3 WEEKS LATER AFTER I FINALLY TOOK THE ACTION! GOD BE WITH YOU!

How do you know where the interview will be set up at??? My husband is in Aba, Abia State, Nigeria

LOL...You may have already answered this but summiting without the name change is fine, is changing name ok after summiting it too?

Would it help or would it add more delay considering all the processing time of recieveing the changed documentation?

If filing the CR-1, would US citizen (petitioner) get name changed first on all legal stuff??? (social securtiy card, drivers liscense, passport/visa...)

I thought the fee was $340, but I wanted to make sure...

is the supplement to question 18 encouraged? or is it if I wanted to add more than the space available?

Is the Cover Letter necessary? When entering in the amount of correct fee...what exactly is the amount?

ugh! I've been preparing this package process & gone through the whole I-134 process too, but still lacking some supporting documents...Can we summit with 129-F Pkg? Would it make it go any faster? Or could it even slow it down?

For the forms: 129-F & I-134

Should these be summited together or not together or does it even matter?

I am Filing K-1 Visa, what all fees are related that I need to make sure is covered?

WHen filling out my I-134...it doesn't ask other income like child support...but I noticed on the future form I-864, it does reference it. Considering my sponsor is the adequate support for my fiance requirements, should I list it the child support?
