Hi - we filed our I-751 on April 28th with VSC. We just got notified last night that the new card was ordered (so I assume we are approved). We were never transferred to any other service center.

Hello,
My husband and I are due to have our first child in a matter of weeks. My husband is british and at this point will not pursue dual citizenship for himself. He would like our child to have dual citizenship. Does anyone know how to pursue british citizenship for our child?

According to Processing Times, Newark is processing AOS as of February 10. It looks like you may still have some time to go.

Well good news here - at least I received by EAD today!

I've heard nothing so far. My case was touched on June 17 so I got hopeful, but no movement since then. In the meantime, our AP was approved and we are still waiting on the EAD.
I have my fingers and toes crossed.

We were transferred there on June 6th and received a letter in the mail. Nothing has happened since then.

There is no customs or border control if you are taking an internal flight. We flew to disney world last week and no issues - they just look at the picture in the passport for validation of who you are.

Hello,
My fiance is arriving in two weeks and I'm starting to pull together all the documents for AOS, EAD and AP. I have a question about the supporting tax documentation for the past three years. I believe it says in the AOS that you need copies of the actual documents that were filed. Does anyone know if they will except tax transscripts ordered from the IRS or do I really need to send a copy of the entire tax package?
Thank you in advance,
Jennifer
Greencard Expires during N400 Processing - anyone get a stamp to travel?

All,
My husband and I submitted his N400 in August with an estimated completion date in June 2019. His 10 year greencard expires in March. We are planning to travel out of the country in April. Has anyone had experience getting their passport stamped for travel and work purposes? Did anyone have any issues leaving the country and coming back?
Thank you in advance!
