Looking at all these posts for us May 2012 filers makes me feel happy that you guys have seen this through and are now with your loved ones
As for me, i am still trying to find inner peace and trying to move on with my life. Im sure one day I will be back to normal, but my road to recovery is long and bumpy.
As for you guys though, you guys were really tested and pushed to the limit. And your love is so strong that you guys have made it out the other side and you are now together forever! Congratulations again!

aww.. don't worry Brock, its coming.. you too Relshamy - and anyone else in May still waiting, this is the hardest part, seeing everyone around you get approved, just take what comfort you can that VSC are working on I-129f's now, they haven't moved on to June, they are workig through May.. all dates in May, beginning, middle and end, so it shouldn't be too far away. I know I sound repetitive, but the data is pointing in your direction now.

Hey SweetDelish! I'm doing good thank you. My fiancee had got the confirmation that she is in remission and is cancer free. However she has an amount of fluid excess in her head that has built up due to the chemotherapy but apart from that she is doing good.
My fiancee called the USCIS and apparently my letter from the US embassy should be with me at some point next week, which means we have our NOA2 (I think?). We haven't had the email, text or letter confirming our petition approval, so still playing the waiting game and not giving my hopes up until we get either letter lol
I am so sorry about what you are going through. Once was more than enough but twice?! That man doesn't know what he had, he doesn't deserve a partner like you. Hang in there girl, you are stronger than you think!

Dude, you don't need to keep posting back-to-back like that. This isn't an instant messaging program, it's a messageboard forum. If you need to post more within a few minutes, use the edit function under your post instead of continuing to make new posts. Your NOA2 will happen when it happens, spewing posts in here won't make it go any faster. Look at me: September was when I got notice of a RFE. It took them over three weeks to get around to realizing they sent it to my physical address after I corrected them three times about the correct mailing address. They got my response to the RFE on the 12th. I'm still waiting for them to do something with it. Instead of obsessively freaking out and posting every single day that nothing happens, I'm waiting, biding my time, and making plans for both my fiancee's visit at the end of the year if he's not yet approved, and for me to go be with her at the interview when we eventually have it.
Take a couple of deep breaths, calm down, and relax. Make your plans for the future, once the waiting is done. It'll happen soon enough and you'll be just fine.

My last sentence is completely true. The world is full of people with false hope, these are the people that are most susceptable to scams, it doesn't matter if they've never travelled or if they're globetrotters, if they are naive enough to be scammed, they will be. Have you ever seen scammers on the street playing the "shell game"? That game has been around for centuries and everyone knows it's a scam, yet everytime the scammer sets up his game, there are people lined up to play it. How can you sit here and tell me that scams are one of the reasons for minimum requirements such as meeting your fiance, which you chose not to do, and then proceed to tell me I sound clueless for pointing this very same thing out to you?

Im in my garage building a delorean right now as we speak. Too bad I live in a 20mph residential area...

Lucy, we are all in the same situation, at least you both can go and see each other in either country. Many of us do not have that option. You will have to rely on Skype, and expensive phone bills to see you through. It will be OK, you can make it.

Honestly, when I read posts from people who ask questions like this OP ... what they want is a mind reader.
NO ONE here can answer these questions. Were not interviewing you !!! Were not reading and researching your petition !!!
So what is left ?
Our experiences, our knowledge, our travels though the process. WE CANNOT ANSWER WHAT IF QUESTIONS !!! We can only answer what WE went through !!!
I try so hard to stay out of conversations that revolve around, what do I do if the officer says this or that . . . theyre impossible to answer and if the OP doesnt like the answer ... we get 5 pages of useless posts.
The people who have gone through the process, and hang around to help ... are doing exactly that ... were here to help ! We want to help, were not getting paid, this isnt our job. So please, ask your questions, just try to make then at least relevant.
There is no reason to get defensive and uptight, you - the OP - doesnt have to justify anything to any of us here ... but we dont have to justify our opinions to you either. If you want straight forward, no opinions for your petition, go hire a lawyer. If you want honest answers on the forms, please ask us, if you want to know what will happen next week, hire a physic .... lets try to be reasonable here. Ask valid questions, and you will get valid responses.
