At POE on k1, it took me two hours :s because of an additional screening and one extra hour all the line. BUt at the line they asked who had connecting flights soon and they could jump it. You can tell the airline so you will save that hour. I know additional screening is not usually that long, it just happened to me. But some other people have been through on k1 in 5 mins.

No, he cannot adjust to anyone but you. I think he knows that and is trying to blackmail you. It would explain why he left and then came back.
You do realise aside from the penalties of lying to the government, you would be on the hook for the I-864?
Kick him out, file for divorce, and write a letter to USCIS and ICE advising them of his fraudulent intent.

he walked out on you at the very beginning of the process, you had no idea where he was, what he was doing or if he was coming back. He obviously treats you like dirt and is guilting you into staying married until he gets his green card. And you feel guilty......seriously?????????? If you post something like this here and expect people to be sympathetic, I can't imagine many will. He obviously only married you to for a green card, he used you. WHY WHY WHY are you EVEN considering helping this man when he said he would just find another woman to marry to get a green card? Not to mention that you will be committing fraud because you know the second he gets his green card he is history. Have some self esteem, divorce him and let him figure it out by himself.

Nothing to really think about. What he is asking you to do is a felony. If he truly loved you he wouldn't ask you to take the chance.

The dude is clearly blackmailing you.
Throw him out, file for divorce and move on with your life.
    Good luck.

He left during the initial stage of the immigration process and you didn't know where he was or anything, but probably you believed that love could overcome everything, well he showed with his actions that there is no love in his heart at all!. You could not control what happened to you, but you can control your attitude toward what happened to you. Do yourself a favor and let him go,divorce and move on. You deserve better.

What he is asking you to do is illegal. He is threatening to go do it to someone else if you don't.
Do you really see one ounce of love here on his part? No.
He said "Maybe I will work on it if you do this for me". Guess what... Maybe means he won't.
You deserve better. As others said - kick him to the curb and learn to love yourself first. Then you will be able to find a man that loves you, respects you and sees you are worth gold.

Grab yourself a big load of self respect and throw this loser out with the trash. YOU owe him nothing, zero , nada. He used you to get there , he wants you to lie to the government to keep him here and tells you to your face that it is only for a greencard. Don't listen , change the locks, change your phone number and get an new email account. Don't look back.

The SYD number is your case number with the consulate (SYD=Sydney).
The receipt number would have started with EAC or WAC. It would have been on any emails/text messages from USCIS, as well as your NOA1 and NOA2.
I just saw your dates. Which receipt number are you looking for? The original petition or are you talking about AOS or ROC? If so then the prefix will be different. However the SYD number is for the visa application only.

I don't feel bad for anyone who feels the best way to get ahead themselves, is by putting down others. Why the need to constantly point out that other people at CSC are being approved faster? Why must the success of others (june filers at CSC getting approved) bring you misery? Why not focus on the real problem, which is VSC processing petitions slower than their 5 month announced timeline? Why must you rain in on the parade of others? Or worse yet, call for other CSC filers' petitions to be held up so that yours gets processed ahead of theirs?
I wish all these "petitions" and "Letters" that people are sending to whichever official figure they're sending it to would just stop sticking to this awful suggestion that the only solution to this problem is that petitions be shared across CSC and VSC, so that EVERYONE gets screwed. Here's a thought, how bout suggesting that more adjudicators be assigned to I-129F's and CR-1's, so that EVERYONE will benefit? Heck, I'd venture a guess that's more likely to be implemented than the "sharing across CSC/VSC" suggestion, and yet that's not good enough for you guys? You need to feel that everyone needs to suffer the pain that you're suffering to feel justified?
    Unbelievable!
    /end rant.
