They will already have your file that has the I-751 in it. They will take documents for your I-751 while they are processing I-400 interview. 

So you filed for I-751 in December2021 and filed for I-400 in April 2021.

No you are only able to AOS by the fiancé  that petitioned for you. Since you never married K-1 and divorced then you have no pathway to immigration. If new husband is US citizen then he will have to file I-130 and I-485. You will need to talk to an attorney.

Not sure why the 'sighs' was needed to somebody that was just trying to help and give you a heads up on what will be required. That is directly related to the immigration process, what happens in the country you're applying is isn't relevant to US immigration law. If USCIS requires a custody order and/or permission from the father to remove the child from the country, then that will be required no matter what the customs of the home country are.

I wholeheartedly believe that his wife is not going to cooperate. Furthermore. If your recently set-up IRS payment plan after he filed N-400 that is another issue.

You can get your name changed with submitting original bc and marriage certificate. No other issues to change it. You don’t need new SSN to file for AOS. You keep the same number.
