Just a question, My fiance and I have been arguing a lot and I dont feel like going to keep doing this visa thing, but I got a question in case everything change:

1- What happens if I dont go to interview, I dont think he is willing to send a letter to USCIS to cancel it.

2- If I dont go to the interview and later on we change our mind what should I do?

ps- I just dont feel like now is the right timming for us, Just dont wanna force into anything like an obligation to continue to do this visa thing just because takes so long to get it done, I received NOA2 with an aproval but It will take at least 1 year for us to get back together or work things out, or just break up for ever.

It's 4:30 in the morning here in phils. I can't sleep, i always feel so excited whenever I see some feb. filers got their approval (there are two feb. filers approve today). I'm on my 4th months waiting, it's easy for the pass few months but when you get near to your time that you feel like approval will happen anytime it gets me crazy:((. Hi! i just got my MNL Case Number from NVC last 3 days ago, they said they forwarded my case to USEM last June 4, 2012. They gave me my MNL number, they said i will be needing it. my question is, can i schedule my interview without the letter from the USEM??? help please...

how can this kinda of relation ship pass on the interview? I dont get it!

I noticed somebody asked a week or so ago if there was a list of all RFEs so people could look out for possible "boo-boos." So here we go!

My RFE reason was;

The forms we downloaded didn't tell us to add evidence of meeting in the past two years or frontal face photographs. Which is weird because we got them directly off the London Embassy site. So we got an RFE for basically the other half of what you're suppost to send origionally. We started the K-1 appliciation before we found this forum so we were kinda just going with the instructions as best as we could. We say if you're just starting the I-129F download it from VJ...they seem to have the right instructions....
