The double notification problem anyone care to share what happened and time it took to receive the card

I have no recent bio..i was fingerprinted 7 years ago as a minor

The title says card production without Biometrics. That can't happen as the biometrics data (photo, etc) is what is printed on the card. There is a problem somewhere.

You can get a card without an interview, but you cannot get a card without biometrics, unless you have another recent biometrics on file.

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

On April 18, 2012 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days.  If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole).  Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

I also have been on the other side of the process, people who get receipts and fp withing two weeks should more than be excited ...

Waiting only my I-1485 and biometrics Which where received on march 27

No cause for concern, Upon receipt it can take 2 weeks. Just sit and wait. If you received your receipt on the 9th you may not receive your NOA until the 23rd.
