  1. Hello guys!! So my fiance called today the USCIS and asked if there is any way to speed up the process and the woman told him that she will send a request of expedite to speed the process and will send us an email to tell us yes or no. He said im losing my hair and i have panic attacks cause of my stress.

Is anyone that knows anything about this? Is this going to get my process denied or have problem on my medical exams with the embassy doJust be good and everything will work fr the go

Just be good and everything will work out for the good. If everybody has to request for an expedite in this process, the value will be the same and you will still be where u are. Patience, and the very best of luck

  2. I'm preparing my I-134 and I'm leaving it pretty much blank. I have 3 years of tax transcripts & letters from my employer on official company letter head from the HR department. I'm under the understanding that this is all you need to submit if you make above the poverty guidelines. If I'm missing something someone please let me know. I'm forgoing all bank information for the form because I don't see it as necessary due to my annual income.[/quote.

U are good to go but do add the 3 most recent pay stubs though the Consulate wouldnt accept but its part of the I-134. Good luck

  3. Its good u included her in your visa application process. I also have a daughter I included whose process I will start any moment from now.

Once you included her in your process, you have up to a year from the date your visa was issue to initiate the process for her to join you. If you don't do that and the one year elapses then your wife will have to file for her as her step daughter which takes sometime.

So the best thing in this situation is to start the process for her before this year October which makes it a yeaf since you had your visa in November.

To start, email the embassy and inform them that you want to start your daughter's visa application. Provide your full name, DOB, Case number and your visa issuance date.

    GOOD LUCK

  4. Its interesting to read the various responses from fellow VJ members.

My fiancee and i were in a relationship for 2 years 9 months and she visited only ONCE spending 7 DAYS with me in Ghana. It was not an issue. The CO was rather focused on evidence of on-going relationship. Meeting in person at least within 2 years is the criteria and not the duration of the meeting nor number of meetings.

  5. HI EVERYONE, AM THE PETITIONER AND A STUDENT WITH A PART TIME JOB. I KNEW I COULDN'T SUPPORT MY FIANCEE ,MY PARENTS ARE WILLING TO CO-SPONSOR US. MY DAD MAKES ABOUT $90,000/ YEAR AND MY MUM MAKES ABOUT $40,000/ YEAR..NOW PLEASE MY QUESTIONS ARE:

    1. IS THAT ENOUGH FOR THEM TO CO-SPONSOR US? ( INCLUDING MY FIANCEE WE WILL BE 6 HOUSEHOLD)

    2. MY PARENTS HAVE A JOINT ACCOUNT, DO THEY NEED A SEPARATE I-134 FORMS?

3.WHAT SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS DO THEY NEED TO ADD TO THE I-134 FORM?

    THANKS MUCH Y'ALL IN ADVANCEdancin5hr.gif

You dont need both parents to be your co-sponsors. Moreover the US Consulate here will not even bother to look at your tax transcripts let alone the docs of your co-sponsors. The most important docs for submission are your filled out I-134 form, DS-156, DS-156k, DS-230, birth cert(original) and letter from your employer. These are the real docs needed for your interview aside your tones of evidence such as letters, cards, phone records, pictures, etc Bank statements are not needed.

Tax transcripts, bank statements, co-sponsors, 6 recent paystubs etc are required when filing for AOS once in the US.

    GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. Dear VJ friends,

A year ago my fiancee and I started this K-1 fiancee visa application process. Finally, after 12 months we have received an interview (Dec 5th). If she successfully gets her visa, the she will be able to come to the US this December so that we can get married.

However, the big question for us will be how long she is able to stay. She has only one semester of University remaining which begins in January and will end in August. If she comes and we get married and then she goes back to after a month, will she be able to return to the United states easily or will we have to process a separate application for a spousal visa?

I know how much this degree means to her, but at the same time the average amount of time to process a spousal visa is around 14 months and I don't want to have to go through this again! Does anyone know if she come, marry me, go back and complete her degree, and the enter the US again when she is done???

thanks in advance for you answers!

I perfectly understand your situation. I was in the same situation. i was left with a semester to complete a 2-year degree but after realising there wasnt much i could do to salvage the situation, i let my school go. Checking some of the colleges in the US and then take it up from there.

Hoping and praying you find a solution to yours but she coming for you to marry and going back to continue her education will be a suicidal mission for your journey.

  7. Congratulations and God is so good. You both are very blessed and this is such an encouragement to those of us still in the waiting season.

Just a quick question if you don't mind. How did you go about collecting your whatsapp conversations? Is there a way to print them somehow? Thanks. And again WOW, CONGRATS!!

Thanks a lot. Now to the whatsapp:

    1. Open the conversation between you and the other person.

    2. Go to "Options"

    3. Select "Chat history"

    4. Whe the chat history opens, you will find "Clear" and "Email"

    5. Select "Email"

    6. Enter your the email address u want the messages sent

    7. Select "Send"

Wishing you the very best in your endeavor. It is well.

  8. You have no worries. To make 60K is way above the poverty line for you and your partner. Savings in an account is not necessary. Your mom too need not serve as your co-sponsor cos your finance currently is goo. Just filled out the form and add your recent 3 pay stubs to it, a letter from your employer indicating when you were employed, your status and your earnings. If you don't have any tax transcripts to show, just write on a separate sheet and explain why; you started working not long.

    Good luck
