Congratulations!!!! The very best in your journey

Once both love each other and are willing to be in holy matrimony in the nearest future, that's all. Officially proposing to her is not a requirement for K1
-
It doesnt hurt to do so. We sent all three
-
Am impressed with your level of confidence. Once you genuinely love her, be resolute and steadfast in any outcome and you will just he fine.
I will be elated to see you approved. Wishing you the very best of luck
-
Received my NOA numbers for all three applications this morning.

CONGRATULATION S!!!!!

It doesn't hurt and u lose nothing by showing all evidence of your relationship. Individual cases vary so better be armed than regret. I saw people come with huge volumes of evidence during my interview. Put all your arsenal together and go for the kill.
Good luck

I stand for correction, but I know if one doesn't go through the AOS interview after a year and getting to 2 years the individual is given the permanent 10yr Green Card instead of the 2yr conditional Green Card. That probably might explained why USCIS says your interview has been waived.
It is well.

From what I know to be a fact, you need not finish with your AOS before activating your daughter's process. If she had come with you or followed you immediately, the value will is the same. I will activate that of my daughter once I receive my EAD and finds a job

Like most VJ members have said, you will be in a better position to know what answers to give since this is your marriage and you know why you got married. My wife is 15 years older than me but we went through.
"How did you meet", " What does your family think of her" were the only questions asked in connection with her.
To be honest, yours is a big red flag. You being in the 20s is the issue. If you were to be in your mid 30s and the gap is still 30yrs, that wouldn't worry much but never say never. Your might go through and have your approval.
NB
Please be careful of such questions on VJ cos it raises suspicion. I asked the CO who interviewed me whether she knows of Visajourney, and she responded saying they read it all the time.

I sent mine last week Tuesday March 4 and haven't heard anything yet. I guess it wouldn't take that long to have NOA1. To go through this whole process up to stage doesn't cause for a worry at all with AOS. It is well

Thanks for sharing this info. Am grateful. Good luck and the very best in your endeavors

Nothing to worry about. Am sure you are all cleared. Just a little of Administrative Processing. Congratulations in advance!!!!

Aybee&Sylvia have said it all. Send all evidence u have no matter the quantity to your second interview. It doesnt hurt to do so. Your accompanying her to the second interview is an individual choice. GOOD LUCK!

Indeed God answers prayers I passed ny interview today. I'll submit a review later. Thanks to all the lovely visa journey family who supported me every step of the way. Especially Tosh Love, KayG, Jahk18 and Babieblu1984. I pray each and everyone of us sail through this successfully

CNTrav, has said it all.

There isnt any limit as to how much evidence you provide. Everybody's fate and case is different. My advice is to send all cases of evidence you have no matter the volume. ,It doesnt cost you anything to do so. GOOD LUCK

I received the case receipt number a few days ago and checked the timeline today. Our application is currently at the Texas Service center for Initial Review. The timeline is estimating 5 months. Does this mean it might stay at the Texas Service Center for 5 months before being forwarded to a National Processing Center, or is this the actual estimate for how long the process might take to be approved. Or is this an estimate of how long it might be before my fiancee is called for her interview at the embassy in Malaysia?
Thanks much for your answers.
I think you should be expecting between 8-10 months to finally getting your visa at hand if only you dont receive a RFE. Good luck

CONGRATULATIONS but did your post say "Dec.30, 2012"?
-
We are sending our AOS next week without the 2013 tax transcripts. We are sending only that of 2012. USCIS, will only request for 2013 when they need it and of course by which time your 2013 transcripts would have been in to send to them. It doesnt hurt at all

congratulations!!!!!!!!

whats your household size? once known, VJ members can contribute meaningfully

Ermmm I know it's dumb of me to have all my docs in one place while working with a highlighter but well I did. And the highlighter stained the I-134 which is the original copy. It wasn't all over the page just some portions. There's no way I can get another through the post before my interview. Do you think it will pose a problem? I'm worried sick as I'm already stressed out to the max
i dont think this is anything much to worry your head over. In case it ends up not being accepted, the embassy will likely ask u when u can furnish it with another or perhaps give you 2 weeks to do so. Should this happen, ask your partner to do DHL which takes 4 days or latest by 5 days to receive so that u can have it well on time.
Wish you the very best of luck. It is well
does SSN changes if we will change the name?
