Mariam&Smith reacted to Boiler in Very complicated situation
I can see a number of hurdles to overcome, biggest in my mind is entering on the VWP after being out for a year.
Sounds like he needs the divorce whatever route he chooses.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in I765 expedite
It is not financial loss, it is pending job needed authorization, which is easier to prove.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in Missed interview
So your spouse loves to travel more than her husband's immigration matters. Something is not right here buddy. You reschedule interview many days before actual date, not after.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in Will USCIS reopen or reconsider our case after BIA appeal?
Well I believe you need help from an experienced attorney.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in USPS misdelivered GC and welcome package
If it shows "delivered", you will have to pay $450 for i90. They don't charge when it shows "returned to sender." OPs status shows delivered so he or she will have to pay to have it replaced.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in visiting other state while AOS is pending
Travel with your passport as you want. Bring aos receipt, marriage certificate just in case.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in citizenship interview cancelled by USCIS :(
Nothing to do but wait for new interview letter. Many reasons for this: your background check hasn't been cleared, they haven't received your complete file, backlogged works... Be patient, many people got this hassle.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in VAWA I-360 approved but I-485 was denied after interview.
Truth is hard mr, this laidback forum is not for you, you need an attorney in God mode. Good luck.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in Going outside the US with Advance Parole in Process
Sorry but wedding is not an expedite criteria. You can try to expedite AP after she takes biometrics appointment, it won't hurt.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in Driver's Licence as proof of domicile
You need banking statements, tax returns, bills... Driver license alone is not enough.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in Could this really mean...
Congratulations. Gather all documents for next month when you are available for N400.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in Urgent: Shall I mention I was "out of status" when 4 years later apply for b1/b2
The very last thing you want to ask is misinterpretation, it is fraud you are asking by the way.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in F1 student, now looking for AOS and LPR
So you want to keep it?
-
Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in N400 Help.
Answer is YES, illegal immigrants still have to register. If you didn't register, you need a letter from selective service explaining why you failed to register.
By the way, how old are you now? If you are 31 and older, you are good to go. If you are younger, chance they will deny your N400 at interview if your explanation won't satisfy IO.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in N 400 change state
You will have to wait 3 months in NY. They will return your N400 when they receive it. Even if it goes through, at interview they will deny it anyways.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in N-400 December 2014 Filers
Show up in court early, don't wait until court date and settle it down ASAP by paying fine or getting it dismissed whatever you can do to get a court order. It takes at least a week to get into police system so make sure you call the court to see if it is available already.
You answer yes but without a court order, they will not let you go in Oath ceremony. Good luck.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in IR-1 Visa, Germany, what should I take to interview?
I think you are all good, all those snapchats and facebook stuffs are easy to counterfeit, it might colorize your package but to be very helpful, I don't think so.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in Unconditional Green Card (I-751)
You think I-751 simpler than K-1 than you will have to think again, but you are correct an attorney is not needed. Lacking of documents will lengthen waiting time significantly.
Affidavits are not required unless your bonafide evidences are weak. You need communal residence statement from landlord (in-laws you said) stating you are sharing their room/home so bills are in his name.
Passport photos are not required with I-751 unless you are overseas military or government personnel/family member. Your picture will be taken at biometrics appointment.
Get more documents like bank statements, all insurance policies (you can call insurance companies, they will be able to provide you all older policies,) bills.
You can make will, medical power attorney at an affordable law office in town (no more than few hundred bucks.) Or you can draft one yourself (Google is your friend! and health insurance has medical PoA templates for free of charge) and have them notarized. Good luck.
