My journey has come to an end.
2/28 Applied for passport and card with REGULAR service.
3/10: State receives packet (Wow...that is snail mail)
3/24: State approves and mails passport and card.
3/26 Receive passport card
3/28 Receive 32 page passport.
Not bad: Exactly 4 weeks! This was through the allegedly "slow" Dallas processing center or whatever...
All thanks to the Forums for assisting through this process.

Woohoo! Wife had her N-400 interview today and she passed! She took the oath today as well. This is at the Portland, OR field office. Keep the faith everyone, your day will come.
Hint: take time to study! Thay will ask lots of questions about civics and your relationship

No. They'll be professional. You'll be fine. It's possible your message just got lost. I wouldn't assume anything, especially the worst. Just call him until he answers, if you really want to use a lawyer. I doubt he is purposely ignoring you.
Most people don't need a lawyer, though. At least, not if you understand English well enough.

I have passed my naturalization interview this morning and I will have my oath ceremony tomorrow morning. The officer was very nice. I think she only asked me 5 civic questions, then went to the reading and writing. No vocabulary was asked.

I became a citizen this morning. Simple affair at the Milwaukee field office. Still hard to believe the journey is over.
I asked for a couple of certified copies right after the ceremony and they very nicely took care of it. Something to consider if you need proof of citizenship while your original certificate is at the passport center.

Got interview scheduled today (notice dated 2/17/22) for 4/1/22 in Portland. Submitted application on 6/19/21; last update was biometrics reused, also on 6/19/21.

Yeah, I checked my account to be sure and they sent a letter that "De-scheduled" my interview on Friday, and immediately posted a new letter to "Schedule" a new appointment for the date the DHS rep said over the phone.
