Hello! I have been reading thus thread for the last couple of months. My husband filed for N400 . July 15th is PD date, biometrics was completed 08/05. Interview passed 12/19. But. After interview ELIS keeps saying oath ceremony scheduled but file is not on ELIS, and we have not recieved a letter in mail. Any thoughts?? Thanks

Hello, Guys. I will be sending the I-751, in a couple of day. Feb 19th to be exact since this is when it exact at 3 month mark to start the paperwork. I have completed the I-751. I need some help from you guys. I needs to send a cover letter, two friend letter, the form, and proofs of our relationship. The information as far as where do I have to send it to for the cover letter, I can find that at uscis.gov correct? I would be doing everything myself this time, so please wish me good luck

Hello, I would like some help. My husband has the 2 yeard green card, which we are sending the I-751 in mid Feb to start the process for the new card. We are planning a trip to Switzerland, France and Italy. We would be landing at Switzerland and then coming back from Switzerland as well? With him being a resident of the US, would he need any permission to enter Europe. Like for example, a visa to enter those countries?

All we can tell you is to have a lot of faith. i can tell you itis horrible to be away fom that special one i can assure you this time will fly by and you wil then look back and feel good about all you where able to accomplish and wait:)

Hello, I was looking at thsi forums but i come from teh I130 forums.. I have a quick question for you guys..My father sent his N400 in 3/26/12, he did biometrics in 5/09/12 and we checked today on the USCIS office and it says its been scheduled for interview...do we have to wait for letter to come in the mail or can we call USCIS and ask them when has the interview been scheduled??

hun maybe its packet 4 because after AOS they send me 'CHECKLIST' and t was the invoice and the request for ds230 so maybe is interview lettrer

Do not worry dont frustrate yourself after you know your interview dateyou will be going nuts because time will fly and you'll feel like no time to get prepared so tranquilitaaa after all this is over you will make jokes about this whole process..Now hubby and i make jokes about how desperate we were to know our interview date and also how excited we were everytime something was updated...its all a process ofups and downs and yours is coming to an end soon so enjoy the good part of this process

hello everyone, my case was finally completed at NVC on june, 29 i called to askk when will my interview date might be they said they have no idea, very frustrating, just called today and still nothing, does anyone know how long it usually takes for a interviem in DR embassy, or when does NVC assigned the interviews in what dates of the month.. getting anxious here.. thank you everyone for all the advice i have gotten on my journey couldnt have done it with out all of you.. thank God for this site..

congrats on your case complete but dont trust NVC they change their answers evrytime you call..anotther thing is thta time varies a lot if your case was completed june 29th im thinking that you can get an interview within the next week because they schedule interviews the first two weeks of every month BUT NVC has been very unpredictible lately so its very hard to have an idea but i will say that this or next week you will hear something just KEEP CALLING EVERYDAY and of course call DOS too

if you paid affidavit then youre talking about the oldest kids rright that have nto yet been petitioned

explain yourself better...are you talking about adjustment of status???

i translated evrything because you never know which nvc agent gets your case..there are some that are stricter than others i translated the MC and the BC but for the ds-230 hubby didtnt sign the first part and nothing happened evrything went well so its better to be safe than sorry
