      but they should do something..dapat more staff nila sa office

      they shpuld be expecting BULK of applicants are

      from here...

      i just cant get it.. why would us intending immigrants /spouse

      doesnt have the right to plan /book interview?

      where in fact we should be prioritized as imediate family member?
