Inasmuch as many members on this site insist that an original signature is required for the letter of intent, you can in fact use a high-quality and legible fax or scanned copy if you are pressed for time. We have debated this issue here before and there is nothing in the list of requirements that clearly indicates that an original signature is only acceptable. In fact the the G325a for example is a document where many petitioners forget to sign when the first submit the K1 petition. The USCIS was directed in 2005 to stop sending RFEs for an unsigned form as it can be signed during the interview. The same applies to the letter of intent, however it MUST be signed for the initial review of the petition by original or copy. What is most important is that if you use a faxed or scanned copy that it MUST be high quality and resolution or you will get an RFE.

Baltimore. A disgusting example of what happens when the leaders of America pander to lawless looters and criminals. What is happening in Baltimore would have been shut down in years past, but it is being allowed to continue for what? To give space? To allow a group of criminals to behave like animals and destroy? Yes. You bet it is. So, who in law enforcement authority has not been de-balled and will call martial law immediately and arrest the scum on the streets?

The current immigration system does not allow for any one department or individual to be held accountable for torturing Americans who choose the legal path. In fact, politicians are free to allow whatever individual or group they choose to cut in line to actually cut in line and create long delays or denials for the legal path people.
My family has been tortured at the expense of people who should be considered nothing more than criminal thieves who masquerade with government and media help as victims. Criminals are NOT victims when honest people lay in their wake of lawlessness to further the political agenda of politicians.

Unless the government pardons the case on humanitarian grounds, the leg you say ain't there is called the law. Now, because of the mess of our current immigration system, it's now run by corrupt politicians on both sides of the fence, who are more interested in garnering votes, than maintaining and enforcing current laws.
