Your fiance is lying to you. There is no way someone can submit an application in March and receive no1 that has August date on it.

I need to remind everyone that when you are posting in the Immigration forums you need to post in English only. If you wish to post in your native language, then you need to restrict your comments to your regional forum. We have people from all around the world who consult this site for information and advice. English is the language they all have in common so we need to keep any information posted in the immigration forums as accessible as possible. If you wish to send a personal message in your native tongue, please use the PM function instead of posting in the public forums.
    Thank you for your cooperation.

OK...I don't care if I get thread banned. Cases like this are the reason immigration is so difficult for people with BONAFIDE marriages and relationships to get through this broken system of ours. I will be the one to pass judgement. You just withdrew a petition for K1, now you're in "love" with a woman who has barely been married on a k1 to a different man and you want advice from those of us who would do anything to have our SO with us??? Those of us who have done everything legally, who love and miss our SO. Who have been separated for months, some couples for years. Couples like my husband and I, who did everything by the book, went through the entire process start to finish only to be told that we are in the black hole of administrative processing, we have to wait until the process is done. It has already been 2 months since we have been put in AP, and it could be months and months more before his visa is issued, we just don't know. We have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on travel expenses for me to go to see him every 3 or 4 months just so we can spend a few weeks together as a married couple in the same country, countless hours on skype and msn, phone and texting. the list goes on and on. I wouldn't trade one minute of it, because my husband and I know in the end we WILL be reunited, that we have a real and true marriage and we love each other, and that all of the stress and pain and worry of being apart will have been worth it. Your whole story is a hot mess and exactly the reason it is so difficult for the rest of us. I said what a lot of people here are thinking. Sorry for the rant people, I am just so tired of reading these stories, I really really am.

Given what you've posted, there isn't much input anyone can give.
It would make sense for your friend to join VJ and post the details of what was submitted, how long they've been married, etc.

I agree with you (and please do not pay attention to Que Saudade, who should be somewhat ashamed now). I arranged my photos and screenshots of certain things, like chat room logs (I was very creative with ideas for my proof of relationship), bills, etc.; added notes on a side and printed it out. Everything was accepted just fine. I brought the messier originals to the interview later, just in case, but they were not claimed.

So you had a cheap laugh, we got your point, why keep on pressing? However, perhaps what the person meant was he arranged everything in PowerPoint nicely and then printed it out and sent in. That makes sense.

I think you have a case for ICE, but
Get to yer local USCIS Office via infopass, and talk with the ICE Shift Supervisor. Bring yer file, ask for input.

    1. A highly paid surgeon can develop a tremor in his hand and be unable to perform operations. A prestigious doctor might have his future earnings severely restricted by 0bamacare rather soon. A top attorney could be discredited or disbarred. A high-up corporate executive could be fired (or have the company close down) at any time. A rich business owner may love his business more than his wife. Employment is fluid, and success can be fleeting.
    2. Perhaps one of the chief underlying reasons for failure of relationships (and marriages) is that you marry a partner because of what he/she is to the world (= outside status) rather than what he/she is to you (= what emotionally fulfills YOU).
