I just received my Noa2 FINALLLYYYY after 7 long months. Can someone please tell me what i have to do next? The visa flow chart says i have to fill out an i-134 affidavit of support, but i dont see that anywhere on uscis.gov and it does not state that on any of the paper work that i would need to fill that out. I called the help line also and they told me i do not have to do anything for his interview but wait. But im confused as to why the flow chart says i should prepare that. Also, i do not make the requirement on that form, can i have someone else do it for me, thats the only reason why i have not filled it out regardless because i have to have someone do it for me.

Please help im confused.

Hello, after waiting 8 months we got an rfe.

it requests a letter from the pet describing how we met and supporting evidence. What does you suggest for supporting evidence besides pictures and passport stamps?

it also states that we did not date the pictures. i sent an entire album, i didnt realize that dates would lead to disbelief that we are not a true couple.

I need some advice on what else to send.

I will resend the pictures with dates but what other supporting documents can i send? its hard to keep stuff after so long.

we file in march and i am still waiting for the noa 2. Im worried

i applies for my fiance's visa on march 7th, and we still havent recieved the Noa 2. Whats going on? is anyone elses taking this long? its past the 5 month mark.

You'll need the I-134 for the K-1. The I-184 is used when you're doing the Adjustment of Status.

Ok i just have another question, i was living with my fiance last year in greece and i didnt file taxes, but now that i am back in the US, i make the required amount, but do not have last years taxes. when i send my fiance the i-134 do i have to send tax returns? and a co-sponsor? or should i just send my info for now and then my co-sponsor at the time of AOS?

Hey i see that there is 2 different types of affidavits but which one do i file for my fiance that is abroad awaiting the k-1 visa and when? I just sent out the i-129 on the 29th of February so when should i start getting the paper work together?

The first notice (the so-called "NOA1") is simply a receipt notice not any kind of approval.
