I was informed today that IV packet has been accepted and my case is now completed.
I sent in my IV packet last Thursday (08/02) and they received it on Fri (08/03). So the acceptance came pretty quick (08/08). I hope the same for everyone and best of luck.
Now the wait for interview date.

Saylin is correct. If you look at my signature you will see. They are reviewing packages fairly quick.
