  1. windscry

    they just sent us all the forms, a list of doctors, and a list of instructions. no case number. i have a case number that is like CRO12something from the NVC. the instruct ions also said to bring the medical with him to the interview. he called the doctor and they said he needed to bring some form that the embassy sent him. what form is this? he didn't get a medical form.
