Hi my sweet peas lol has anyone heard of ATMCASH to send money to dominican republic? I ran acroos it online, its like a debit card that is tied to your account and you can make transfers to the debit card which can be used by your loved one in D.R. The rates are much cheaper than doing a money transfer thru else where.........has anyone used this and if so what do you think about it?

  I've never heard of it either. I wanted to use our joint account to transfer money, but we got it pretty late in the game so I never tried. I started out using MoneyGram, but got tired of having to make time to get to a location. So I opened another checking account and gave him the debit card and pin. When necessary, I transferred money to that account and he went to the ATM.

  oh ok i didnt think of that ....I guess I could also leave him one of my debit cards over there, I have two now and dont really use my old one!! That might work lol I'll let you know what I decide. I was considering what s&j said about just making transfers from my account to his as he has a banco popular account ;-)
