I am reviewing the form I-864 affidavit of support. I have 7 dependents to claim (me, my wife, parent, 3 kids and cousin). In other words, my household size is 7. My current annual income is $71,000. In addition, I have retirement accounts worth over $50,000. I was looking at the I-864P showing the 125% of poverty line. For household size of 7, the 125% of poverty line is $42,262. Please I was just wondering if I passed the poverty line. My AGI on my tax return for the 2008, 2009, and 2010 averaged over $60,000. Please I was just wondering if I meet the poverty guideline. Please advise.

The instruction says one passport photograph. There is no need to send two passport photographs.

I am looking at the form I-864 form and I have some questions. On the question about dependent, I have three kids from my previous marriage. The kids are with their mother but I am paying monthly child support for upbringing. The kids only start with me every 1st, 3rd and 5th weekend of the month. Please I was just wondering if I should include them as my dependent. In addition, my ex wife is the one that claims them on her 1040 tax return. Please advise.

I am putting together the required information for filing I-130 to petition for my spouse. One of the requirement is one passport photograph with your name written at the back with pencil. My question is the format. Should I start with the last name first, then first name and middle name or should it be first name, middle name and then last name? Please advise.

Hello Everyone, My husband had his interview today 12/22/11 in Lagos Nigeria. He was told that our case will be sent back to Homeland security. Can anyone offer any info on what is the next step to take or what is expected for me and my husband. He was only ask several questions and the Interviewer said " that or pictures look like they were fraud and so was our emails. My husband provide at least 100 pages of yahoo emails, Skype, Ovoo and facebook and cards i sent him. A photo album and more pictures, affivadites of friends of our realtionship and the gentleman said why dont we have more pictures with other people? I am just so confused. Please help!!!
