    08/10: Met online via family members. Apparently our families have known each other for years.

    02/11: Made it official! BF/GF status began. Visited him and stayed one week.

    06/11: Visited my honey again. Stayed one week.

    08/11: Visited again....was with my dying father and him. Stayed two weeks.

    10/11: Went for my birthday weeked. Got engaged!!

    12/11: Going on an extended 3 week vacation with him. He gets to meet my daughter for the first time!

    02/25/12: Just got married! So happy and so in love! NOW OUR VISA JOURNEY BEGINS :)

    05/26/12: Went to spend 8 days and with my babes and celebrate his brithday. We had a wonderful time together. Came back on the 3rd, feeling all sad and lonely. Come on NOA2!!

    Hey Guys! I have a question from a friend of mine that wants to file a I-130 for his wife and step-son.I am assuming he needs to file seperate I-130's and G-325a's for both of them, but does he also have to pay seperate $420 fees as well? Where can I direct him to a guide to help him file for his wife and stepson? Any and all help greatly appreciated! Thanks

      Yes he will need to pay two separate fees. He can always join this website and surf around as well as ask questions specific to his case. When he gets to NVC I believe he will only need to pay the AOS fee once but the IV bill twice. Maybe Matt can elaborate on this since the petitioned for his wife ansd stepdaughter but it might take a while since he flies to DR tomorrow!.
