      okay I will tell my fiance to do that... but when he calls, he's put on hold for like 55 mins to speak to a Tier 2 rep. But I'd definitely tell him to do that still..hehe Thank you:)

    God bless Tool for easing my loneliness and frustration from the USCIS stage alone. Gonna be 7 months since NOA1 in a couple days. Could it be any longer than this?

      @blueblink: yeah we already did, he already emailed the senator and we got a response back.. The petition has been transferred from California to Vermont for some reason....

      @feli114: yeah 8 months is a long time too and glad you finally made it. Congrats! I'm being patient but apparently patience is not my thing lol

    HELP!!! RFE RECEIVED! MY FIANCE MET 2003 until 2005 then he spends vcation yearly fron 2006-2009 AND NOW WE RCVD RFE THAT WE SHUD PERSONALLY MEET WITHIN PAST 2 years what to do??

      nope, they just gave my fiance a confirmation number and to wait for 15 days. They said we should hear something from them within 15 days :)

    too bad we received an RFE.. but at least someone finally touched our case.. we are still waiting for the hardcopy of the mail to see what we need to submit..
