When it comes to the child, Uscis don't are about ultrasound pics, what they want to see is the birth certificate, and also send in your joint tax transcript, then you should be good

Don't jump for a divorce in a hurry, maybe one day you and your wife will work it out, just go to the interview as a married couple, let them know she moved to attend school, and you stayed Becuz of work, they might have noticed that your wife social security is registered working in a different state, just explain things, don't run gettin a divorce just to file roc, people work things out all the time, you might never know
-
So if you are divorced and the marriage has not continued therefore you have no evidence to submit to Uscis, what are the proofs you can submit to show that the marriage was entered in good faith? Do you just submit the same evidence you submitted at first when you first adjust status? Does not make any sense to me

ok, do you know how much it is for an 8 year old?

hello folks i need some advice here
A friend of mine is petitioning for her husband for adjustment of status, the husband also has a child in his home country that he wants to be filed for at the same time, they would like to know what forms to file for the child, and also the fee to be included in the package for the child, also could they just send one check? or should they separate the checks, oh and the husband is already in the US

my husband owed some student loan back before i even met him, the tax consultant said if we file jointly, the money that we should get for our baby will go to the loans, we have a 4 month old

hello folks
my husband and i are getting ready to file taxes, the tax consultant reviewed our case and suggested that we file married, but separately, in order to secure a better refund, we really need the money right now, my worries is, is this a good idea seeing that i will be removing conditions on my green card in 2014? is it a requirement to file jointly for immigration purposes? i really dont want to do anything that will jeopardise my greencard journey
your much needed advise will be appreciated
thanks much
