Hello everyone, I just filed for an AoS for my wife who came to the country with a K1 visa. Can anyone give me an idea of what to expect. I know I put NYC in the title but I would be happy with feedback from anywhere. Thank you guys in advance

I interviewed on May 24th and it wasn't even asked, our official relationship was about a year. But the most important is that you show proof that you have visited twice or more in 2 years and prove that you are a real couple. You will probably have a Stokes Interview,(Google it) so be prepared. We had a stokes interview.

What should of I asked? I asked what the status of my Visa, they said it was approved but they don't have any other info because the Dominican Republic hasnt updated the case, and then they told me to call back, today and they said the same thing. What questions should I be asking?

Have you called DoS today?

I called and they told me to call on thursday

We was told we was approved and welcome to the UNITED STATES, I asked if they needed my other paper work and he said no, we had a great interview, he took her passport and told her in will me ready in 5-7 days to go pay domex (FEDEX) for delivery of the visa. They took the 1 copy of ds-156, ds-230 a & b, her passport, her ID, birth cert, police report, and the 2 photos.

I still have 1 copy of the ds-156, ds-156k & I-134

On May 24th we had our interview the Dominican Republic and we was approved after being in there for 10 hours (I wrote a review) but I am a little nervous because they didnt take my I-134, DS-156 or DS-156k. Actually they didnt look at any of the evidence I had. Should I be nervous?

They have lowered the price of the K visa worldwide. I checked 3 different countries:

I was approaching 5 months and it seemed like forever, I read this site everyday and I may not post a responds but I wouldnt have been able to make it this long without the support here!!!!!!!!!! SOOOOOOOOOOOO happy

Im a November filer and I check everyday, I see that good amount of nov filers are getting NOA2s but Im alittle nervouse because none is DR which like you is where my fiance is. I hope this happens soon, I want her to experience a NYC summer
