I say the two of you get naked in a hot tub/jacuzzi for the weekend and have a long talk about this.
If you don't want to do that, then print out a big stack of resumes in USA format,
and go in to his work one day.
Once you're out of the car, apply at his jobsite.
Then walk around the rest of the day, dropping off resumes at the companies around his jobsite, and filling out applications.
If'n yer hired at any company along your walking path, that's a plus! He doesn't have to drive extra, out of his way, to get you to work and you can start squirreling away yer own monies ...

After 6 years on this site, I can honestly say I've never seen a Filipina write a post in a sub-ebonics patois.
Obvious troll is obvious. Show's over, let's stop giving it oxygen.

    Visiting/meeting--
A US citizen does not need a visitor visa to enter the UK. He should be prepared to show he has a return ticket, enough funds to support his trip, proof of a job or ties that will assure the officer that he will not stay or work. There is no pre-clearance asking questions to travel from the US to the UK.
The UK person may apply for ESTA. Often after a period of time after denial of a B2 visa, the ESTA will go through. B2 visas are hard to get in the UK because it is a visa waiver country. I hear of many saying they were denied.
Moving on to immigrating to the US on a fiancé visa--
As far as his crimes, those would be addressed in the petition. See the instructions #7 and #8 http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf
The UK person's caution would be discussed at the visa interview London. A subject access report would be ordered in addition to the regular police certificate. Minor cautions do not keep people from Immigrating.

Why do you think your fiance needs a visa to visit you in the UK? If he has a valid US passport he doesn't need a visa and he is allowed to stay for up to 6 months.
*You posted previously that he has a passport....so make sure it is still valid and tell him to buy a plane ticket*

A marriage needs to be based on trust. Your husband is acting like a selfish little boy who loves his car more than he loves his wife. A husband should want his wife to flourish and be successful. Instead, he is letting you live in fear that you might be arrested and letting you unable to be independent in any way since you won't be able to get a job.
What if things genuinely don't work out? With the unlawful presence you have acquired, you won't ever be able to visit the USA on a tourist visa ever again, once you go back to your home country.
I just hate that he is doing this to you and that you are letting him abuse you like this.

I can tell some people still did not bother to read the information from the site linked above in this thread. Yes, they must be under the age of 31, and brought to the US by their parents through no fault of their own. It is not for minor children. It is for those that were brought here AS children to get a work permit. They also have to be in school or a graduate or veteran with no criminal background. A lot of the people eligible and applying for Deferred Action were brought to the US at a very young age, grew up here and have never known any other country as home.
They are not being 'let in' because they have already been here, growing up and living their lives here in the US. They are not being granted a green card, and they most certainly do pay the fees to file for their EAD. http://www.dhs.gov/deferred-action-childhood-arrivals#5
The waiting times at VSC and CSC fluctuate all the time and people were already waiting 5+ months for I-129F petition approvals before Deferred Action ever came into existance.
As for the USCIS lying: that is why the USCIS hotline is known as the misinformation hotline. They are not outright lying on purpose. The people that answer the phone at tier 1 level are not immigration workers and only know what is on their scripts and the screens they are able to see. They are hired to answer the phones. They hand out misinformation on a daily basis.

So many amazing replies and suggestions. May I please thank everyone for their kindness in replying. Last night for the first time my husband took me out to a function at his workplace. It was absolutely fantastic - I loved it! Ladies were saying that they will now call me to go to lunch and everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. Of course you never know if people mean what they say and whether or not they will actually get in touch, but just the offers, coupled with the replies on here have made me feel so much better. Many, many thanks to all xxxxxxxxx

Ooohhh. I know it's the holidays, Mr. or Mrs. or Ms. USCIS adjudicator at the VSC, and I know you are working your poor fingers to the bone, and I know you're not paid enough to do all that you do, BUT I sure would be ever so grateful if you could see your way to my file, which is there somewhere, and send me an NOA2 for Christmas. I love the USCIS. They are the most efficient, diligent, compassionate lot in the whole world.
Hey, if it worked for you I figured I might as well lay it on thick!

Paul and I both feel very lonely sometimes but it helps that we give each other pep talks and encouragement. We speak every day, multiple times a day, but that just isn't the same. We keep reminding each other that it won't be much longer now, certainly not as long as it has been. Keep the lines of communication open and be honest about how you feel. It does seem to go in cycles, with the loneliness always there, just sometimes with more intensity than others.
Keep your family and friends close and try not to isolate yourself. That only adds to your loneliness. As was suggested before, do some kind of project - on your own or with your partner. Keep busy.
Try to remember that this is a course for your life you chose. You chose your partner and while it may be difficult now, it will all be worth it. This part is only temporary. I have to remind myself(and Paul has to remind me) that this too shall pass.
