Finally after 289 Days of AOS application , AOS is approved without Interview at CSC.
We did couple of service requests. ( One in January and Second one in February )
Updated my timeline accordingly.

For mumbai embassy they did not ask for a notarized one . So u should be good

As per my knowledge , there has to be stamp in the passport along with the PCC letter..
submiting the documents at VFS they never asked for Stamped Page ( but we submitted all pages ) so only letter was sufficient.
Give it a shot and ask the passport office , if they missed putting this one ..
