I and my wife where married in Mexico and then she got the K3 visa while outside the USA. On part 3 of form I 485 it clearly states that she should put her name exactly as it appears on the I-94 Arrival/Departure Record. So that is pretty clear that she would put Karen Oris Capo Vega there in part 3 section. In summary, what isn't clear is what she should put in the first space under last name in Part 1 of I-485.
