No one told him to lie per se. He doesn't have to volunteer information if he's not asked. If asked what he's doing in the US, and he says visiting, no problem. If asked if he has a gf and he says no. That's a problem.

America simply cannot absorb everyone that wants to live here. When you came here you knew you would leave your family behind. My husband did the same and I am sure he misses them but it was his decision ultimately. Honestly, I think the restrictions should be tighter not looser. We have high unemployment, skyrocketing medical costs and an infrastructure that can't handle what we have now. Just my personal opinion.

Has he been checked for STD's? I'm all about love and trust and ####### like that but I'm sorry.. in today's day and age you get that ####### tested! Tony was tested leaving the military and had no "encounters" between then and when he and I met. I had to get some tests for immigrating obviously, but also had a "woman's test" done (for those who hate the word for it) and threw in the extra tests for peace of mind for both of us.
I'm going to PM you as well. Hope you don't mind

Just so everyone is aware, while your stuff ends up in a box, the processors are working off an electronic image, which is why you file with a paperwork reduction notice. That is why everything gets sent to a lockbox in Texas, it's all about automation. I managed a lockbox at one point, and when I got my package back due to the wrong check amount I noticed the scanner tracking numbers on each page. That is also probably why they want you to send things back with the green sheet so it gets back in the proper que.

Maybe a box lands on their desk in the mornings like the
way the Tardis lands in random fields and backyards on Dr Who ...

I could never, ever live in that space. It's small, cramped, cluttered and dirty. This husband of yours (judging by this thread and the birth control one) seems to be the one in control of everything. If you don't want to live like that, you need to change your relationship and change your environment.
When I moved in to our house, after my husband had been living in it alone for a year, I cleaned everything. He isn't into decorating, really, so I had free reign to throw things out, organize them the way I wanted. The only room I left alone was the den, which is full of his stuff. That's his space to call his own and to do with whatever he'd like.
This is not how intelligent people live. This is how dirty people live.

Check if they have the Durex Extra Sensitive for the ole natural feeling but if they don't you can maybe buy a pack as a tester and compare it to the 'normal' condoms. And if your buying, Trojan makes Sensitive/Thins so you can bring 'the Roman' in the mix too.
Oh and were you dancing at the availability of free Durex or the lube?

*** Moving from K3- an obsolete visa- to CR-1 spousal visa ****
Your process will be the same as anyone else up until interview, see Guide here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1. He will be denied at interview due to the deportation. Then you will need to file a waiver. How difficult that will be depends on why he was deported (overstay, crimes, etc), and what kind of bars he has (for example, with an overstay, there is a 3 year bar for 180-365 days, or a ten year bar for 1 year+ overstay). The fact that he was deported, as opposed to leaving by himself/ getting voluntary departure will make things more difficult. Check out our waivers forum here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/113-waivers-i-601-and-i-212-and-administrative-processes-221g/ and you may want to post the details of why he was deported and timeline of events there for best advice.

Also, the latter problem can be fixed... tell him to spank the monkey while wearing one. No excuse for being irresponsible. IMO this all just sounds really manipulative of him.
