GOOD NEWS. I just recieved an interview letter for my sister! SO happy! PDsept13,2009.

I'm hoping that my sister will be scheduled an interview. Her priority date is septemer13,2009 more than 3 months of being current now. Case completed last march26,2012.

Wala po pinadala sa lawyer. Actually di nga alm ng lawyer na nag request kmi to ecpedite and di din nya alam na granted yung request. Tingin nyo po sir ma sked n kmi agad ng interview?

Hi po. Paano po mag request ng expedite? Kasi po yung kapatid ko completed na yung case last march26,2012 and the priority date is september13,2009. Current na po matagal na. Parehas po kami ng pD pero sakin po na recieve ko interview and now my visa na po ako. Worried na po kame. Lagi ko po tinatawagan nvc pero sabi lagi "we're waiting to be scheduled for an appointment at us consulate/embassy in manila. Yan po. Thank u.

Sorry to say that maybe she has some problem with her case. My friend also hed same problem.his lawyer call them and got answer that they again investigatin his case because of some very minor problem wich he got before.thats why his case take to long because of some small problem wich some people having in the past but never imagine that. In your sisters case maybe something else,because how come you got it she is not,or antill now everyone got there visas and interviews but your sister not.logically its not possible,otherwise they weren't jump antil 15March 2010.

I always call the nvc and the representative says that her case was completed last march26,2012 and awaiting to be scheduled for an appointment here in manila embassy consulate. There is no problem in her case. Everytime I call them that's what they say.

Why retrograssion?? Why you saying that?? I don't see anybody here,who didn't receive interview on starting 2008 2009 and 2010 March 15,,so can someone tell me do they now someone who's still waiting with past pds?? didn't see nobody,and i don't see point of retrograssion impossible..maybe slow forward movement but not backward not retrograssion..correct me if im not right..

My sister's PD is septemer13,2009 and still we didn't recieve interview letter. We have same priority date but I recieve mine last May4 and I have now my visa.

Great Then you're good to go! Take care of your visa packet cause as what the immigration officer during my POE said to me "it's your life in that packet"

Yup I did just open the sealed plastic pouch where the envelop and passport placed. I did get the passport for cfo seminar.

I open all the plastic except the yellow envelope. Okay lang po ba na nabuksan yung plastic. No damage on the visa yellow envelope.

Did you call your Embassy/Consulate in Manila. Do you know where is the documents for your sister at the moment-still with NVC or at Consulate.

So it looks like Aug VB cut off date is 22 MARCH 2010.

The documents still at nvc. I'm waiting for over 3 months since the priority date is current.

This is sick. My sister's priority date is september13,2009 and until now we don't recieve an appointment. Her case was completed last march26,2012. Everytime i called nvc they always say that "we're waiting to be scheduled in manila us embassy/consulate." I got my visa now on hand and until now, my sister's interview appointment was not yet assigned.

Me too. Maybe the consulate is busy or the slot of interview date has been filled..

My PD is Feb 11, 2010 but still no interview letter. Are they going to send interview letter after publishing the Bulletin ?

Same here, my sister's case was completed 3rd week of march. And her priority date is september13,2009 same with me. She doesn't recieve an interview appointment, but i recieve mine last month and my interview will be on the 28th of this month. I don't know why they didn't schedule yet my sister. I called them everyday and they always say that they are waiting for my sister to be scheduled an interview.

We just sent our application and documents last march, and then her case and my case was complete last april. I don't understand, mine was scheduled this coming 28 is my interview. We have same priority date sept.13,2009. She wasn't scheduled.

Still no interview letter. My sister's case was current last 2 months (APRILVB) until now i don't recieve an appointment. So worried. I called nvc and same answer they are giving to me.

hello there kabayan! i dont expect to be scheduled any soon since my PD is jan2011. You might be scheduled, try to call. I just wonder how come you just recently completed your case knowing all 2009 were already done. Goodluck kabayan.

Hi. I also have a question to al VJ'ers. In Visa interview, what will be the basis in determining if your income is sufficient, is it In Line 18 in AOS I-864EZ and Line 26 in I-864.

Because i read an article from uscis that they will base it in that line.

Haven't recieve yet the interview appointment of my sister, her priority date is sept.13,2009.

Her case was completed last April2012. Hoping that she will be scheduled this july.
