Hello fellow Vjers,

New to this forum, wanting to say hello to everyone as we plan to file or I-130 petition in october 2011.

So far, this is what I have gained from reading James' shortcut and Lingche;s shortcuts please correct me if I have understood it wrong.

First step, gather all the documents for me and beneficiary at this time, get the ones that signing from beneficiary out of the way also.

Next send documents to Chicago lockbox (although i am not sure if we are still sending to VSC or if lockbox is the new thing)

await NOA1, then NOA2- I assume this is the time it is sent to NVC and we e-mail DS3032, await IV bill and AOS bill

so far that is my understanding, but i am open to any more suggestions and how we can get thru this process fast.
